I loved living at Campus Pointe. The staff is so nice and always met my needs no matter what they were ! It’s at a great location. Walking distance to Kroger, and a short drive to every food place. Also is minutes away from a great dog park and lost river cave which is a great hiking Spot. It was also never super loud and noisy. There is a police officer who lives on site and they also have a security service who drives around at night time patrolling the area and parking lot. Was a great community to live in. I would highly recommend it !

I absolutely loved living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, including the managers. I like the floor set up, with the three bedrooms and having your own bathroom. The walk in closet is a huge PLUS. The location is great for WKU students and there’s restaurants and a Kroger right there. Overall, great space!

Management is awful, asset manager, and staff. Miscommunication between staff members. They just do not care.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Wish I could give them no stars at all. They kicked me out just so they could move someone in with dogs. They told me at 5pm that I needed to be out by the next day. When I talked to the ladies at the front they were both rude, condescending, and talked themselves into a circle. They would tell me one thing and then my co-signer another.

Don't get me wrong campus pointe is a nice place HOWEVER management is awful aka Ericka. You never actually pay your rent due to crazy overage fees every month that they don't warn you about nor do they know what they are from. When you move out they basically charge you 2,000 dollars to replace and clean things that they are responsible for even if there is no damage. Don't waist your time

Apartments are set up very nice, and being on the bus route is super convenient. I enjoy having a washer and dryer, as well as having my apartment already furnished. It's a great deal!

This apartment is great not only for college students but even young professionals just starting out. Spacious bed rooms with your own bathroom and a walk in closet. Fairly quiet but remember this is a apartment meant for college students and the floors are kind of thin and you can hear people who jump and sometimes if they play loud music you can eat it through the ceiling and vents. The maintenance men are great you put in a request and within a few hours they have looked at it and mostly have it fixed. For the amount of money I pay I get every penny's worth.
