The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I love the Arden apartments. Very quiet, clean, and concise. Love that they have food trucks come out periodically. All neighbors are quiet. Great pool, small workout room, and friendly community management team.

They are a decent place. The cost is a bit to high for what you actually get.

The Arden is a quiet, friendly community with prompt, attentive and helpful management!
Arden is always a cool, peaceful and neat environment to live.
The Arden is very peaceful, clean and a relaxing place to live. I really do like it here
I have lived here for three years with my pup. Tara, Laura, Pete, and Melvin are kind, friendly, and take excellent care of this property. My pup looks forward to visiting the office almost daily. They listen to suggestions and take action. The dog park, treats, and balls are an added perk! We love the gatherings they organized for us too. The Arden is not just a place you rent but a community you can be a part of. As a single person it’s a safe welcoming place to live.
Es una experiencia fascinante vivir acá, se vive con tranquilidad y sin problemas de ruidos.
The management is always upbeat and friendly. It's always nice to walk in the club house and be greeted with a hello, name and a smile. There's consent effort to bring the community together with weekly events.
The apartments are beautiful. Very modern and sleek. It looks well taken care of and clean. It’s very spacious as well.
The property manager has been very helpful with the moving in process and maintenance was quick and friendly.
From scheduling a tour to moving in, everything went smoothly! The team was very helpful the whole way and helped me feel welcomed.
The neighbors are fantastic here, very friendly. It's always nice stopping by the management offices and saying hello
Imagine working long hours at work just to come home to continuous tiny flying brown bugs in your apartment. Imagine trying to sleep peacefully, watch tv, cook, even do your business in the restroom just to see them flying around in your room or crawling in random places which isn’t peaceful at all. That has been my experience and it is beyond annoying and frustrating. My place is always clean so I truly do not understand. Residents are having to pay a pest control fee every month but the people come out to your unit ONLY on Wednesdays when you complain to the office about having bugs. These bugs are either drugstore or biscuit beetles. At first bait traps were laid down, which helped a bit but didn’t 100% fix the problem. My place was finally sprayed ONCE but sadly that still hasn’t worked since I’m still finding them in my apartment everyday. To add insult to injury, rent prices are increasing but I’m actively looking online and see that everywhere. I say to the reader to lease here at your own risk but just be ready to spend your days doing part time work as if you worked for a pest control company.
They are wonderful in the office. They have been professional and awesome.
The Arden who is run by Greystar management company is a 5 star company. The Arden has a great team. Thank you for all your hard work and efforts to keep this community a great place to call home
Everyone at the Arden has been lovely. We were welcomed with open arms, we love the apartment, and the apt tour/lease signing/move in process was very easy.
I love this community. Tara, Laura, and Pete are always super welcoming to my dog and I. They create a wonderful environment that feels like family. I love my apartment and the community feels safe. It’s an added perk that we have a courtesy officer on site who is often walking the property. No complaints here. I’ve been here almost 3 years and just renewed my lease.
The apartments are nice parking can be an issue but it is much better since new management
The Arden is a great place to call home. Has wonderful management and maintenance team!
The reserve at crowfield is a nice place to call home. I would certainly recommend this property as a place of living!
I love my new apartment! My one bedroom is perfect sized for me and I think the area is super cute. Couldn't be a better fit for me!
Nice place to live. In-door appliances are fabulous.
The office staff are always very pleasant and helpful and the Maintenace staff are also very good
I really enjoy living here. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Upscale and nice.
Since Greystar has taken over, I have seen tremendous changes for the better!
I would not recommend anyone to live here. Parking is awful, and you’re lucky if you find anything remotely close to your apartment after 5pm. Any complaints you give management will not make a difference and you’re going to have to call corporate to get a call back about it.
Overall the complex is meh. We're forced to pay for pest control, and there's pests in the apartments. My apartment is clean and I wouldn't expect new apartments to have so many pests. Neighbors are also seeing pests, so the building must be infested. Also, poor payment system on portal keeps not taking my payments and now I'm forced to pay a $200 late fee. We've emailed management, just to be ignored. I wouldn't recommend these apartments. I'm leaving as soon soon as my lease has ended.

I’ve been a resident here since September 2020 when the complex had just been built and everything was running smoothly then for the most part. A few months in the complex became overcrowded and there is literally no where to park sometimes. If you’re lucky you might find a parking space on the other side of the neighborhood and have to walk to your building. This is a huge inconvenience for me being that I have a toddler and have to carry her along with our stuff from the car all the way to our building. The neighbors are loud and play loud music all throughout the day. The staff doesn’t seem to care they just want your money so it’s basically like you moved in and now you’re on your own. The new parking policy makes absolutely no sense and now they’re going to be charging you to park as well. This place has lost its touch and it no longer feels like home unfortunately.
Property Manager at The Arden, Responded To This Review
We are so sorry to hear of your observations about parking and noise. Our highest priority is our residents' comfort. Will you please contact us directly at Reserveatcrowfield-cm@pegasusresidential.com so that we can work with you to resolve these concerns? Thank you, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Their solution for everything is to ignore it or make you sign up for some third party service. Parking has been an ongoing issue and instead of solving it (making more parking) they decided to sign up with a third party service that costs additional so they can tow you. Doesn’t matter if you have a townhouse with its own driveway they still plan on towing you. Flooding during rain has caused at least to cars to stop working because of water getting in the engine, how I’m going to pay more for them to do nothing about it, I haven’t heard yet. To eliminate the over abundance of dog poop they decided to do dna swabs on the dogs so they can test the poop, this has had absolutely no effect on the amount of dog poop there is to step in. At this point it might actually be faster for me to go to school and an apprenticeship to learn how to fix everything in the apartment than to wait on them to do it. With as much as they close the pool and grill area you would expect it to be clean, however there’s enough food stuck to the grates of the grill to feed a family of five, which might become necessary once the apartment managers tow their car because it sucked in water from the constant flooding.

Brand new complex so obviously the apartments are nice but the service has been so disappointing... I moved into my apartment in September of 2020 and as of February 2021 I STILL do not have a functioning ceiling fan in my living room despite 3 different service requests to have it fixed... so even if they were to fix my fan today (they won't) it will have already been about HALF of my year long lease that has gone by without fixing something as simple as a ceiling fan. The more frustrating part for me was when I originally toured the complex in August of 2020 the pool was already completed and I was told they were working on the outdoor kitchen area and "it will be open as soon as we get it inspected" and was led to believe it would be soon. As of late February 2021 it STILL is not open and has not been open yet. With all the other options in the area I would have chose another place had I known I would not have access to the pool/outdoor kitchen for over HALF of my lease. Moving to South Carolina from the North, a big part of my desire in an apartment complex was to have a nice pool/outdoor kitchen area which they promised, but was unavailable for AT LEAST the first half of my lease, and will probably be longer. Despite numerous emails and even stopping in person to ask, the most I have ever received in terms of an update on the pool area is "we don't know when it will be open." There have been no updates (or apologies) sent through email or anything. Another pain is that I was told there is a gym in the clubhouse so I would not have to buy a membership to a local gym... well the gym is only open during business hours so I am unable to use the gym since I work everyday during those hours.. So there's another $50 a month I have to spend at a local gym since no one can access the gym after 5pm. I was told in September that they are working on a "keycard" system so that people can scan in and use the gym after hours but here we are in February and STILL no updates on the keycards... Last thing, there is not NEARLY enough parking to fit the amount of people here. Not the end of the world but still annoying that I can't park anywhere near my apartment most nights. Like I said, the apartments themselves are very nice because they are brand new... and all of the employees I've interacted with are very nice and pleasant.. but that doesn't make up for the lack of action/deception from management. Very disappointed in my experience so far.

While we're delighted to know that our apartment homes are appealing to you and that our team's professionalism meets your expectations, we are sorry to learn of your observations related to an outstanding maintenance issue and access to our amenities and parking. Will you please contact us directly at communications@pegasusresidential.com with additional information? We'd like to look into this in greater detail and discuss with you possible solutions. Thank you for your time.
This complex looks good. The front desk personnel are nice to talk to as well. However, I will not be extending my lease. 1) I had to deal with pests myself on multiple occasions now, despite the fact that they force you to pay for the monthly service. I would be fine dealing with it myself if they wouldn't charge me for the service (which in my experience is non-existent). 2) Problems with outlets, fridge, plumbing, and the cheap toilet seat broke... I've never had a toilet seat break before... ever. I've kept a positive attitude through this experience up until my 4th month, when the following happened: 3) Finally: I work 75 hours per week, I have multiple recurring payments to make each month. recurring payments are no brainer for my situation. For whatever reason my auto payments for rent (setup through their website) didn't confirm this past month (without my knowledge) so I was charged a $200 DOLLARS late fee. After paying off the charges and explaining the situation, reimbursement was denied... I suppose their website interface is new and inadequate so if you do find yourself in the unfortunate situation of living here, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK that your payments are going through right before the due date. They will stop at nothing to squeeze every penny out of you and will not care. Perhaps I should've expected this to come with staying in a new complex. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
