Good place to live in along with good amenities, people are cordial and helpful when it comes to fixing any issues. There is also security at the place.

Lived here for about 4 years and will be renewing our lease again for another year. The management is amazing-they know you by name and are quick to address any concerns. The maintenance men are legends & fixes everything within hours. It’s a great complex for the price & the location is super convenient being close to the DFW airport. Highly recommend, I love it here!

The front office is very friendly. It is a small community where everybody knows everyone and is treated with respect no matter what culture.

Older complex. No discounts for long term tenants. Laundry rooms on porch which saves inside space however the rooms are not insulated so pipes will freeze.

Good place to live Gold staff It offers cozy, pet-friendly 1-2 bed apartments with great amenities like a pool & grilling stations. Convenient location near DFW, but some noise & maintenance issues.

Overall it is a quiet area and I live really really close to my job and some local friends. That staff is nice and maintenance are fast to come. I don't enjoy all the smoking near me but overall a great experience

This is an excellent experience, I would say. I have been living here with my family since I arrived, and I have never felt any disturbance or fear. We are all enjoying our stay here. Thanks to the office staff, they are always ready to support with any problem. I have always found them to be helpful for any maintenance or other kind of support. I really enjoy living at The Arbor’s of Euless! It’s quiet, clean and comfortable. I wish my kitchen were bigger (I have too many gadgets!) but I have been able to add in a shelving unit that helps. The staff is very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. Thanks!

I’ve been living at The Arbors of Euless for the past 6 months, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is very convenient—close to Kroger, Planet Fitness, Walmart, and the neighborhood feels safe. The apartment itself is very spacious and very homely and I really appreciate features like the balcony, laundry area and etc. Maintenance usually responds quickly, and the office staff is generally helpful and professional.I would not hesitate to recommend The Arbors Of Euless to prospective residents seeking a well-managed property!

Its is a quiet area and right next to a very nice walking trail. Unfortunatley I'm in an area where thier is a lot of smokers and I have kids so I have to walk thru a cloud of smoke to get to my upstairs apartment. Other than that the staff is great

Clean, friendly, top notch. Spacious rooms. With ceiling fans. Roomy nice size rooms. The lay out is ideal. Lots of storage space and cupboards.

Overall the neighbors are friendly and they will never bother you! This apartment is nice and it could be more affordable. The pool opens anytime unless there’s a storm or something else that might happen. The pool is nice and has a great view and the apartment is right next to Kroger and other shopping centers.

The Arbors of Euless immediately felt like home. I've had nothing but great experiences since moving in, I was worried about not having an in unit washer and dryer at first but the laundry room amenities are great! My first week I was asked if anything wasn't working or even cosmetically pleasing and they were fixed same day! The leasing office staff were so helpful with move in planning and the space in a 1 bed/ 1 bath is perfect.

The apartment was decent overall. The location was convenient, and it had most of the basic amenities I needed. However, there were a few issues that impacted my stay — some minor maintenance problems and occasional noise. It wasn't terrible, but it also didn't quite meet all my expectations. With a few improvements, it could be a much better experience.

I've been living there for 3 years. Maintenance has always been timely and professional. I can reach management when I need to. The after hours people actually will call you back if it's an emergency. Overall, I had a good experience living here. To be honest, the only negative thing is too many smokers on the balcony. It's hard for me to leave my windows open but overall very good experience

The staff is amazing! They are friendly and so helpful. They walked me through every step to move in! When there was any issue the staff fixed it asap. Great place to live

Very nice neighborhood. A lot of roaches. Way too many in kitchen, bedrooms and all. Price is quite reasonable and also has ev charging station.

my residence experience so far as been good. The neighborhood is quiet. maintenance people fix your problems on time. there are corner stores in the area.

I really appreciate the Leasing office, Management, and Maintenance staff in this community. I had some issues at first when I moved into the community; but a lot of it had to do with me being stressed out and feeling bad about asking the Leasing office questions that I had (don't do what I did, just ask..everyone is very helpful and kind). I needed maintenance to fix my sink when I moved in and that worried me initially but when I found out how old the buildings are, it made sense. My building had a roach issue, but since the Leasing office had my building sprayed at least twice, I haven't seen anymore roaches at all. ???? Maintenance staff is prompt and if there is ever a delay for whatever reason, they do their best to make it right; I really appreciate that. All the staff and people that live here are pretty friendly and I feel safe (which is really important). I really appreciate living in this community and feel grateful for the opportunity to do so.

Application and move in process was a breeze thanks to ms. Brittney. She answered every question and made sure all concerns were top priority. Great and affordable rent as well

I love it here but price going up but new renters moving in pay a lot less. Not sure I can stay here anymore sadly. Place is great safety and noise wise but no dog park

Overall it's a quiet, chill place. The Air conditioner in my unit can be upgraded it's a bit old, other than that, the maintenance team is fast when something needs to get done. The office staff is also very friendly and responsive

Staff works with you in these trying times of economic increase. They are kind and will go above and beyond as long as you communicate with them. Communicate is key!!!

Not very amazing Roaches on the slab on day one with smell coming out of water and faucets But Britney helped alot amidst this although everything is not quiet well

Quiet neighborhood and convenient to lots of stores and highways. Office is quick to respond to service requests. Office staff is very friendly, helpful and understanding.

The enroll procedure was smooth and the neighborhood is nice. According to the price and the apartment living standards is good. The kitchen is little small but is adjustable. The markets are near so it’s more convenient for the grocery shopping. They also have laundry inside so it’s more convenient to do your laundry.

The staff is frendliy and informative. When I have a problem I feel like it is handled expeditiously. I don't have much issues with the noise which is huge for me.

We have been treated so good since the day I applied for the unit and the neighbor is so friendly and the set up for the unit was great. I would recommend Arbors of Euless to others and how great they are.

I love that we have a very responsive staff on all levels. Easy to talk to and they listen. My wish is still out there for a dog park but otherwise we have beautiful green spaces around us. I’ve had no issues with any neighbors and feel very safe here. I love my immediate neighbors too

The Apartments are fairly quiet except for kids throwing trash and rocks.i dislike the parking arrangements and the roaches are HORRIBLE they crawl on you there is too many holes cracks etc in this apt on top of i have done everything to stop the roaches i want to move again that is how bad this is !

The staff and maintenance here are outstanding I love it here haven’t had any problems, it’s quilt and the neighbors are nice and outgoing I highly recommend this staff and community to anyone looking for a great home!

…average complex no major amenities or upgrades. Parking lot has pot holes no assigned covered parking. Can hear thru the walls and ceilings.
