Property Ratings at The Amy
I have lived in this apartment building for a little under a year. The first thing that shocked me the most when I moved in was how big the homeless problem is. There is a massive camp outside by the parking spots in the apartment, and my car had been broken into 3 times. The apartment itself is not bad except for the fact that the communal kitchen. I personally was not a fan and people always stole my food. Other than that the walls are super thick and the rent is cheap (plus you don't pay utilities) not bad for a first apartment just DO NOT BRING A CAR
