I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community! The maintenance team is always super helpful and quick to respond anytime I need something. The office staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the residents. My apartment itself is nice, clean, and well-kept, and the community overall feels safe and comfortable. It's a small community but everyone is friendly. I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Alpine is affordable and conveniently located near the highway and Delco Park. The renovated two-bedroom apartments offer a great deal of space, featuring high-end finishes like stainless steel appliances, LVP flooring, modern countertops, and more. The unique building design gives the community great character. Plus, multiple garages make storing your car or seasonal items easy and convenient!

This is truly a perfect home for me. I’ve lived here for almost a year now and it’s perfect. Perfect location. Great staff. And the renovations are amazing. My apartment has turned into a home and I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. maintenance is very timely. I have no Issue thus far I definitely recommend

This is a great community to live. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The renovations they have done are well thought and modern looking. For a great price. I’ve lived here for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about. The lady’s in the office are very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend if u are apartment hunting.

the alpine is a great place to stay. i have live here for at least a few years and its great. the manager is very knowledgeable and friendly i appreciate her patience with me. and maintenance is timely. the onsite laundry is very convenient to have. but the renovations they have done are great i definitely recommend checking out the alpine

This property has such a great location. It's close to everything but still has a neighborhood feel.

The alpine has been nothing but good to me. I moved into a renovated unit and I am loving it. The apartment is very spacious and I have made it so homey. The move in process was smooth sailing and I had no issues thankfully. I definitely recommend

I recently moved in here and it’s nothing short of amazing. The lady in the office is very nice and always more than willing to help out with whatever it is that needs done. Maintenance is always also very helpful getting whatever i need done. the apartments are so spacious and i love the floor plan. i definitely recommend checking these apartments out.

Office staff Kara is very attentive to whatever I am needing weather it's a maintenance request or paying rent whatever I need Shes always more than willing to help. Upon move in I was very pleased with how clean and renovated my new home is. I don't have any issues with my neighbors everyone seems to be very respectful so far. I love my new community. I def Recommend checking out the alpine.

I toured this property and was shocked with how run down it was, especially for the price. The pictures make it look really nice and updated. There are no amenities to offer here. The hallway was extremely smelly and scary looking. I could hear other people's loud TV's just from the tour alone. I can't believe anyone would pay the price they are asking for this apartment, especially with no central a/c and heat. And no W/D hookup.. don't waste your time touring this one. Although, the lady who showed us around was prompt and very nice.

I just moved in, and I love my new home. The staff is always lovely and always quick to help with whatever I am needing. And I love the new renovations they have done it looks amazing. Also, a really big plus the onsite laundry mat. I 100% recommend

The new renovations are really nice offering brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Completely remodeled bathrooms with washer/dryer connection. They even offer rentable garages.

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

Very spacious apartments. The garages offer great storage, and I live that it's close to the building. Well maintained and friendly staff.

These are very unique and fab apartments here in Kettering. The units are spacious, and I love having the option to get my own machines or use the onsite laundry facility. This has really helped me as a first-time renter because I don't feel rushed to get everything at once.

Recent changes have been made as far as landscaping, well maintained clean property already. Staff is always a pleasure to work with.

The two bedroom remodeled apartments are really nice, and they offer washer and dryer connection.

This community is very clean. While the building set-up is unique the rooms are very modern. The location and staffing are great! Check them out if you are in the market!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great experience touring this community. There was plenty of parking, they also have garages big enough for storage and a car. The unit I walked was updated, the rooms were spacious. Very clean and professional community compared to some of the others I have toured.

This is an awesome place! I love the green area, great for kids. The building has been remodeled beautifully but really the thing that stands out the most is the thoughtful, attentive management team. You can't find that in most places!

The units in this building are large and have brand new kitchens and bathrooms. I love the openness of the units as well. The entire building has been renovated- new windows, new paint, etc. There is tons of green space out back.

Bottom line- you won't regret living at The Alpine. It's clear the owners care about residents and have put a lot of work and love into this place. The newly remolded units are great and perfect for our family. I love being able to utilize the green space outside too. Make the move- you won't regret it!

The apartments are newly remodeled and the outdoor area has a lot of beautiful green space, but my favorite part is the open floor plan of the living room/dining room and kitchen area. The open concept combined with the light colored wood flooring makes the space seem really open, airy and light. Really beautiful!

Rooms are updated and spacious, gorgeous outdoor spaces that are clean and well maintained, beautiful entry way! Conveniently located in Kettering and close to the Fraze!

The Alpine has been such a great apartment for our family. The management company is great, communicative and really on top of everything in the building. The building itself is clean and in a spectacular location. Not to mention the building is clean and quiet! Overall it is just a great place to live.
