The Allure Mineola

Building upkeep and services have been an issue lately. Elevators have been out of service for weeks and the trash valet does not consistently collect trash during the scheduled window if your apartment is not on a main hallway. Given the cost to live here, I expect better service. Otherwise, the team and other amenities have been great.

Move in was extremely smooth and the staff was incredibly helpful. Austin was with us every step and there to answer all of our questions. Overall, we felt so supported!

So far so good but it’s only been 48 hours. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. The building is well maintained. No issues moving in. No issues with my unit.

Just moved in and everything so far has been great! Everyone has been helpful and the apartments are spacious and clean. Would highly recommend The Allure building!

Smooth move in process, great amenities, I’m excited to make this my new home! Both Zahariya and Camille were a pleasure to work with, they were sweet and informative. So far no complaints!

It’s ok but had definitely been on a downward spiral since I moved in 2020. The worst thing is the fire alarm going off all hours of the day and night …..been averaging one-two times a month. Not good and other residents including myself are starting to look elsewhere.

We are very excited and happy to call the Allure home. The vibe and aesthetics fit us perfectly. Looking forward to meeting our fellow residents.

the staff at Allure are always friendly and willing to help. Whenever something out of the ordinary occurs, we are always kept well informed.

I really like living at The Allure! The dance & workout room are always clean. The courtyard is a very nice place to read a book outside when the weather is nice.

Great place with so many things that can be done with your family. The apartments are really spacious and renovated. The location is very centric major stores.

It’s been nothing short of great! Staff are phenomenal. Always on hand to help and assist. Residents though are very stiff and not very friendly

The Nick, Diana, and the entire property management staff are fantastic! They are very responsive to any issue we experience. They try their best to create a homey environment with all their celebrations and events in the clubhouse. I have nothing, but great things to say about my time at the Allure!

Enjoyed living here. Property overall maintained. Downside is they only lock in your rent rate for one year. Dog park is cute if you have a dog

Room is beautiful. Love white wall and dark brown wood floor.And amenity is excellent especially golf simulator room and hotel like outside pool. I can't wait to enjoy it!!

Enjoyed our experience as a whole. Great people and staff are quick responding and always so nice. Great location with the city close by train or a long walk to garden city for food.

The experience has been great. The leasing office was a pleasure to work with. Made the process extremely simple. The building is very up-to-date. Maintenance is very responsive and fast to get things done.

Diana was so warm, welcoming, and informative from the first moment we met her. The entire experience from first showing to actual move-in day has been seamless with every T crossed and I dotted on Bozzuto’s end. So excited to be a part of the community!

The whole process was simple and painless with very little hiccups. All the questions we had on moving were answered quickly to our satisfaction

The leasing office Team is amazing. They are very friendly and accommodating. No request is ever too much or not doable. The building is quiet, clean. I love it here!

The staff is phenomenal. They will handle any issues immediately. Their communication via email is great. It keeps all the residents aware of everything happening in the community.

Love living here!! It’s been four months and it’s my favorite apartment I’ve ever had. Building is very well maintained. Parking is easy there is always a spot available.

Diana is absolutely fantastic! She’s very responsive and always willing to help however she can. Nick has been terrific so far. I really appreciate him pushing to get things done.

Seamless move in process and apartment was beautiful upon arrival! The management team here is so great and helpful. The communication from touring an apartment to signing a lease was great! We were looking for something specific and the team did everything they can to help us find it.

Place is great! I feel at home and safe. It’s also conducive to studying and relaxing when I’m not reading. I love the atmosphere, the pool area is great and the club room works for having friends visiting

The Allure is super great with hiring friendly, attentive staff for anything you need. The lobby always smells nice, they don’t make a fuss about packages, and they really listen to the residents on feedback as well. Diana is THE BEST!

The apartment is so neat and clean. The Allure has great costumer service and it is easy to get in touch when needed. Very friendly and helpful!

Thad the unfortunate experience of having my packages stolen twice while living here. Additionally, there is a high turnover rate in the leasing office. The street lights on the outside of the building are either intentionally not working or just never will get fixed, which creates a gloomy and dangerous atmosphere when walking outside in the evening. Furthermore, the pool heater seems to work occasionally, and there are often issues with the few elevators in the building.

Great experience so far! The apartment is clean and quaint and the amenities are fabulous. The move in process was smooth as well. I have no complaints so far.

Feels like hotel living. Love the smell of the lobby. Parking is fairly easy and garage is located at two perfect locations in the building. Staff is friendly and professional and everything is immaculate.

The Allure has a lovely front desk staff that is always willing to help! The apartments and amenities are lovely. The corner apartments on the courtyard lack any appreciable sunlight and should be discounted to reflect the view. The fee to change apartments part way through a lease term even if offering to sign a new lease is also unreasonably high.

I have loved my first year at the Allure. All the community are very welcoming, the facilities are great and I really feel like they listen to the residents views and act quickly to make improvements.

Kevin, Diana, Michelle, and the maintenance team have done an exceptional job in the absence of Alex. I love how they’re upholding policies that enhance every tenant’s experience while consistently hosting events for the tenants to get to know each other along with the property management staff. I’m very happy with the facility upgrades that are coming shortly as well. Keep up the great work!

Been here a week and love this building! Very clean, well kept and quiet. Staff is very nice and responsive. Convenient access to the train, local stores and restaurants.

The staff is super helpful, I love the amenities , and now that I have time, I absolutely LOVE the events that management puts on! Everything here is awesome and management is always super responsive whenever something comes up with the place. 10/10!

Wonderful place to live! So grateful to be close to the train with a city vibe, but also have the creature comforts of home. We have lived here for a year and have had the best experience.

At first I was just looking for an apartment but now there’s no need to I found the best home here in the allure and I’m planning on staying here for a long time
