The Allara Apartments is a nice place to live. I love that I have quiet neighbors. Whenever there is an issue there’s a quick turn around from maintenance.

Ive been renting at Allara for a year, and now renewing my lease so im def happy! Great, clean environment. Leasing office is always extremely helpful.

Love it here! I’m excited for the new management team and all they have been doing for their residence here! We need a change and I’m very hopeful that they will be the ones to do it

I feel that the complex cam be more well maintained as the entrance gates should be close at all time. The complex need a whole make up pain pressure wash, and the dog park that has been abandoned for so long can be restored so residents can utilize it i see garbage everywhere

I love a Peaceful Environment and The Allara gives you that. Family and Pet Friendly and it’s close to a lot of convenient shops, restaurants and etc. I feel safe in our community.

Honestly I just sleep her nothing really effects me I wish I knew who my neighbor are and stuff but nobody really communicates here everyone just does there own thing which could be a good thing but knowing who I'm surrounded by and have around my kids would allow me a sense of safety

Since Highmark took over the property management, there have been vast improvements to the community. Much needed projects are finally being accomplished and I can take pride in the community I live in.

I'm getting a three-star review only because I had a work order put in for the last week and change and it still hasn't been completed. I never had the problem with Arium.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and very happy. My children love the pond and the track. The pool could use a revamp but overall great. Also lots of children

I love this place, very convenient for my needs and a really great place to live. The outside is clean and well kept which I really appreciates. I feel secure with no worries.

Overall my family and I have enjoyed living in this community and has always had a good relationship with the staff and our neighbors. I would like to see the new management continue to make improvements in the community and not just the outside but also the inside.

Best apartment I have lived in so far. My experience living here is been wonderful, nice back view with high ceilings. Would love to see what the new management can do.

A lot of trash around, fountains don’t work, lawns not watered, lake dried out. Nice property it just needs to be unkept and maintained properly.

I really enjoy living at the Allara, my neighbors are awesome and so far the new staff and the lovely Diane is extremely helpful. I also met the great maintenance manager, forgive me if I don't remember all names lol but great, kind personalities stay with me and every new staff member I met has been wonderful. I will update my review in a few months to see if the Allara keeps their promises of improving our community! So far, so good !!!!

We have been reciting at this location going on two years. Feel optimistic once Allara assumed management. Our kitchen stove needs a new burner and oven door for 6 months or more. The previous management never fixed it. Maintenance has now looked and ordered replacement parts. We are looking forward to have a fully functioning stove.

I’ve really enjoyed this place so far. We moved in last November and I don’t really have any complaints about the place. The trash situation is a bit confusing sometimes but other than that it’s good. I’m so happy there’s going to be some power wash cleaning!!

Hopefully the gate is fixed soon and the playground is updated other than that it’s been pleasant. Staff is good, community is nice. Can’t complain

Our apartment is clean, with crown molding, nice ceiling fans, a water view porch and wood laminate flooring. You can walk or run around the pond areas and observe the wildlife. The maintenance crew do their best. We have had a couple of plumbing issues that were fixed right away. Publix is across the street and the office staff work hard to help anyone who stops by. We just signed a new lease which starts year number two for us. If your looking to rent give Arium a visit. We like it and you will too!

I love my new place! I came in on a Saturday and was shown an apartment. I applied on Sunday morning and within hours I was approved! Everyone was so sweet and helpful!

Overpriced! You will see garbage everywhere, even in the lakes! They don't take the time to inspect and see if the premises are clean daily or at least on a weekly basis! The pet waste containers are always full of waste and full of flies. I've seen dog owners replacing the waste bags. The management is responsible for this, not the tenants. They don't even provide bags anymore when they are supposed to so tenants can pick up their dog's waste. Then, they send tenants emails asking to pick up after their dogs, otherwise, they will get a $350 fine. They expect clean tenants when the management doesn't clean up. The gym premises are always broken. Even the doors don't work properly. The parking lot is always full. There are not enough parking spaces for everyone. And finally, a lot of drug dealing going on. Keep searching somewhere else!

I lived at this location for 5 years and it continually got worse and worse. I finally left last September once Arium management took over as they have absolutely no respect for the residents. I've walked in on management using curse words to speak about their own bosses. The gates are always broken and the gym equipment is never fixed. Don't waste your time.

We’ve renewed our lease twice mainly because of the area. While there was nothing wrong previously, there was a sense of complacency even though the staff was super. With the new ownership we are thrilled to see improvements and commitment to making this community better and better. They are keeping promises to get controls in place that will benefit all. Service calls are handled quickly and professionally. We have a beautiful apartment that has some nicer finishes included. Office staff is friendly and responsive. We hope nothing changes with all of this because it’s a great place to live and we’re very happy!

Way over priced apartment for what you get in surrounding area. I can hear my neighbors sneeze, and do other stuff, paper thin walls. I got a notice for doing laundry after 10 pm. Yes you can’t run your washer / dryer after 10 so you don’t disturb the neighbors because the floors have no padding and walls are just a sheet or drywall separating you. Washing machine is about 10 years old and noisy. Place is ugly, they painted their gutters orange. Yes their gutters are painted accent orange. Who ever is in charge of paint color should be fired for not having any taste.

The apartments are nice but they are expensive. You can definitely find a better apartment for less money in Boynton. The apartments are not located near anything other than Publix and the turnpike. Several of the apartments have not been renovated and are still renting for WAY MORE MONEY than they are worth! The construction is noisy while they are renovating some of the old apartments. Maintenance staff is great and quick to fix things, leasing staff/managers are rude and not helpful. They do allow dogs, but the walls here are paper thin and you can constantly here dogs yapping. Do yourself a favor, rent somewhere else! Better value out there for the money.

Ty and Krystal do a great job managing the complex. I've lived here for a year and a half now, and it's been awesome. The grounds are always well kept, scenery is beautiful ( walking trail around lake with a fountain), and the community events are a lot of fun. From movie night at the pool house, food trucks, and live jazz music with wine tastings at the club house, The staff at Stonybrook really makes this place feel like a community. They continue to reinvest in the property making improvements whenever possible. Definitely recommend this place. My first apartment t experience in Florida has been a great one so far.

Great style! Large apartments! Lots of closets! Fabulous management company that responds to your every need and arranges social community events on property throughout the year! Live here one year and renewing lease. Rough patch in beginning but all is better.

The units and grounds are well maintained. They are currently finishing updating the remaining units in the complex. Granit counters, new appliances, wood flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The complex has lots of families with kids and is very pet friendly! There is a large pond in the center which really makes the place feel nice. I really do like my apartment and about to finish my 2nd lease; however, due to some recent incidents within the complex (ie break ins and hit and run accidents in the parking spaces [someone totaled my girlfriends car and hasn't been found]) I am really considering moving out. Also, the cameras at the front of the complex are said to be fake and the gates are almost always broken and left open. So if you're looking for a sense of security I'd look elsewhere; otherwise this place is great!

We love our apartment community. Stonybrook It's very family oriented, quiet, with nice lake views and lots of green area for taking walks or just sit and relax while you see the ducks swim in the lakes. My daughter loves it. The pool area is pretty and so nice. Gym is not huge but with the necessary to get your daily workout on. Tennis court is nice as well. The management is one of the best parts, they are very professional and always willing to help. I totally recommend anyone to rent here. My little family and i are very happy.

This community is so nice! Has a nice pool, just wish it had another. Nice lake behind our building with a walking trail and lots of parking. I love parking my car under the big tree because it keeps my car cool during the day. Property has charcoal grills throughout and a gas one at the pool which is SO cool!

After losing my husband of 30 years, I needed to find a place to move that would allow me to expand my horizons and my life. It had been 10 years since his passing and I needed to meet new and friendly people in a location near my family. With having all my needs met in the area, Stonehenge offered me the perfect transition from home ownership to the rental market. Pricing, floor plans, amenities and location were my deciding factors and Stonehenge met them all. The staff made me feel welcome as if I had just come home. That special feel doesn't come with every property. I finally feel free to spread my wings and know that life does go on.

I've lived at Stonybrook Apartments in Boynton Beach for a little over a year and hope to reside here until I purchase my new home. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood and is zoned for grade A schools. You are a short bike ride or walk away from the Public library, shopping center, restaurants, banks and more. The mall, movie theater, and other fine dinning is a five minute car ride away. Stonybrook Apartments is safe and the office staff and maintenance staff are really friendly. Maintenance respond to any requests or problems very quickly. The apartment provides valet trash services, pest control, and a maintenance service that even changes the light bulbs and A/C filter! My apartment is full of windows so I enjoy the natural light. Cell phone reception and internet speed are not an issue at Stonybrook. The apartment floor plans consist of large bedrooms (fits a king size bed) and large living spaces. Stonybrook accepts large breed dogs and even provides a dog park. Children enjoy the two playgrounds, pool, and computers located inside the office. Adults enjoy the car wash, grilling stations (one located at the pool), fitness center, and free wi-fi access.

This is a great family community, which allows pets. This community has a pool, multiple grill areas, dog park, tennis courts, 2 kid parks and they have community events.

I currently live at Stonybrook in Boynton beach but run community in Davie. I love Stonybrook. Me being a current property manager of a sister site and I can't see a thing wrong with the community. There is a plethora of amenities that are always available to me. Not to mention clean and well stocked. The grounds look amazing all of the time. I have lived in my apartment for 2 years now and not a thing has gone wrong! Highly recommend this property to anyone!

I do not have the upgraded apartment but it is still in great shape and was always maintanied well. The carpet was brand new and everyone that steps into my apartment loves it. There is so much living and storeage space. The grounds are always kept very clean, the only thing is the staircases need to be power washed. But, the pool and gym are amazing, and the best part is that is maintenence is equested they are there so fast. I have never had a fantastic experience with an apartment complex before, Greystone and Stoneybrook are great!

My apartment and community in Stonybrook has been a blessing in how this community has provided myself and my children a safe, friendly, convenient home while going through a difficult phase in my life. The community has a neighborhood feel, great pool and clubhouse, fun events throughout the year for kids, pet friendly, nice walking/kids biking around the lake, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This apartment is very nice. Nice sized bedrooms, large living/room, beautiful wood floors, nice new appliances in the kitchen and the countertops in the kitchen look like granite except their not. Definitely worth coming by to take look. Third floor units have nice high vaulted ceilings and it's nice to only share one wall with another apartment. The only thing that is lacking is the maintenance. Have told them about my dryer numerous times and it still hasn't been fixed.

I've been living at Stonybrook for over a year now and I've loved every minute of it. Coming from a townhome, I was concerned about living under general management again. Turns out my fears were unfounded. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. All our kitchen appliances are new. When we had a problem with the washer and dryer, they were replaced. And whenever we've had a question, the management has been friendly and helpful. In fact, we once had our fire alarm go off for no reason on a Sunday night. We called the emergency maintenance number and they were here (well after hours) in about 10 minutes to get everything taken care of. Then the maintenance guy came back on his own the next morning to replace every alarm we had just to make sure it didn't happen again. We wouldn't have even thought of that once the alarm was turned off. The place is also super pet-friendly with a large fenced-in pet park. And yet when I'm out walking my dog, I rarely see anyone else. There are lots of families here, but for some reason it's almost always quiet day and night. I work at home and I've rarely had an issue with noise. And the location is extremely convenient. The grocery store is literally across the street. And we're minutes from the turnpike and I-95. Now let's talk about the floor plan. We've got a double master bedroom with a walk-in closet AND a regular closet ... IN EACH BEDROOM. There's nothing like having your own bathroom ... and your own 2 closets ... to keep a relationship happy. Finally, my favorite thing about Stonybrook sounds minor, but I looked at apartment complexes throughout South Florida and this is the only place that had it ... Concierge Trash Service! Every week night you put your trash outside your front door. And it magically disappears. All by itself. No more hauling my garbage in my car trunk to get it to the dumpster. Now that I've been spoiled, if I ever move, this is one convenience I won't do without.

You know for me to write a review or rate anything it has to be excellent because I want to share that same experience with everyone hoping they will experience it. I know nothing is perfect but I may look at perfection differently then other people. Besides the gatherings they have and the refreshing pool with the beautiful grill where we gather and have good time. The price is reasonable. I live in a two bed and two bath and I've seen one bedrooms that are more expensive and not as nice before I looked at the Stonybrook. The Stonybrook is a cozy development in a safe neighborhood. The staff makes it a cozy place to live. They're friendly, they smile, they keep it clean, and they work hard to make us smile. They care. Smiling, working hard, and caring is perfect for me.

Within a few miles lots of restaurants. Turnpike is 3 minutes away. The outside grounds are well kept. Maintenance issues are resolved timely. Crime does not seem to be an issue on the property. Feel very comfortable going to the gym late at night. Only issue I've had is it often sounds like Godzilla and Mothra are stomping around above me. Overall not a bad place to live.

My wifr and I made the decision to rent here at Stoneybrook and its been a great choice. We have a 2/2 with a garage. The Manager and Assistant Manager are very responive to issues. The Maintenance Team has fixed anything we have needed. The hot water heatercwent out and within 30 minutes the new one was in and working! We use the fitness center almost every day and the pool every day. Located close to the turnpike and just minutes to I95 we can travel very easily. Trirail is just 10 minutes away too. While any apartment has it drawbacks we've been very pleased. With just a few improvements Stoneybrook will get the 5th Star.

Large, spotless, attractive and impressive are the words that I use to describe the edifice of my current one bedroom apartment number 1005, situated on the first floor of Stoneybrook Apartment, Boynton Beach, Florida. When I first entered the door of my current apartment, I felt the security, cordiality and tranquility which were exactly what I was looking for in an apartment and spontaneously, I felt at home. “First impression is always the last impression.” Subsequently, I can genuinely apply this cliché to the overall appraisal of my current apartment after residing in it. Walking into my current apartment was very impressive and after residing in my current apartment the manager and staff of Stoneybrook ensured that everything remained extraordinary. In fruition, I would highly recommend Stoneybrook Apartments, as the number one luxury residence if one who wants to live like that of a five star hotel.

Currently I live in stonybrook apartments in boynton beach in a 2/2 upstairs... I share this apt with my husband and daughter.. its so hard for us to maintain rent because its $1544.00 plus $10 trash plus $4 pest control and water is about $70 and if you are late its 10% of your rent, so by the time you pay your rent for the month it is $1685 plus the late fee because we never can pay by the third of the month. I had a situation where I got a month behind and we were about to be evicted I had to pay attorneys fees and finally the management team settled a stipulation for $723.00 for 4 weeks consectively. That was very hard for us and I could not maintain the last payment, therefore I breached the stipulation and now August rent is due. My husband and daughter works for the school board therfore during the summer they arent working so therefore I had to maintain all the bills alone. we have two other children in college that tuition is over 22,000.00 per year out of our pocket. The community is a great place to live and we love it but the rent is a bit expensive for a 2/2 on our salary and maintain all other household bills, so to be a winner of this contest would really do us justice.

I have lived in Stonybrook for 2 years in the past, and now have returned 7 years later to rent again. The apartment is fully upgraded, with wood laminate flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, and new cabinets and appliances. The apartment is modern and comfortable. It has a screened in outside patio, although mine faces the parking lot and stands above an air conditioning unit, so I don't sit out there much. There is always plenty of unassigned parking. Right behind my building is a grassy area, bench, grill, and lake, which makes it feel very luxurious to see every day. The community is gated, which makes us feel safe, but sometimes the gates stay open for days without getting fixed. I like that I always see maintenance golf carts riding around. They keep the grounds looking nice, they are friendly, and it makes us feel even safer that they are always around outside. There is a pool and gym which are great amenities; it saves me a gym membership and another trip away from home. All in all, I really enjoy living here and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Stonybrook apartments in Boynton Beach is the BEST community by far. Quiet, gated community with lush landscaping in west central Palm Beach County. Bark Park is a huge plus! The office and maintenance staff are incredible, cheerful, hospitable, and truly care about their residents. The website says it all in one sentence-PRIME BOYNTON BEACH LIVING. I would recommend this property to anyone. Come HOME to Stonybrook!

I have been living in the Stonybrook apartments for 5 years and I really enjoy living here it is a safe and very clean place I am a,single person so safety is my first priority. The staff is very friendly and they will work with on any problems you might have. The new up grades are also very nice They have lots of dogs here so that makes it more useful to people who have dogs and cats. Because a lot of places don't take big dogs and since I am a animal lover this place gives a chance for people to bring their furry family. It is in a great location near all shopping and highways. They also have holiday party's so that's a plus .

This is a very nice apartment located in Boynton Beach, FL. I love the pond in the middle of the buildings, it's good for both walking and running. It's close to the Florida Turnpike and some shopping places like Publix and Target. Management is nice and helpful for the most part. There were some confusion in the beginning and I had to go back several times. It was finally resolved at the end.
