Community is peaceful and it is close to so many things I need and places I visit. The maintenance staff is amazing. The amenities are good. I enjoy the pool. I love the extra space I have in the two bedroom unit. Moving from one bedroom to two bedroom went fairly smooth. A little disappointed with the LVT floors. They have not worn well.

I love it here!! Everthing about the Alexander is so homey and just feels like a super safe place to live. Youre super close to so many places, dunedin, safety harbor, st pete, tampa etc.. I love living here!

Apartment is nice. Large parking lots. Maintenance and front office personnel are very helpful. Not sure what going on around the pool area with the digging but wish that project would get completed. Grounds are kept very neat and clean.

Great location. Only negative is not a lot of sound proofing between floors. Maintenance team is great. Pet friendly Community always clean.

Great staff, maintenence crew and amenities. From the pool, lounge, work out room, flex room to the dog park. The car wash area is a nice touch of convenience in busy times.

I have enjoyed living at The Alexander at countryside very much. The community is well maintained, people are friendly, and the apartments are in very good shape. It is very close to downtown Dunedin, 5 minute drive, where there is plenty to do as well.

The best part is nice apartments and amenities! No damage and perfectly safe from the hurricanes that hit this year. I feel so much safer living in my community. Maintenance comes the same day as the online request, unless it’s on weekends or holidays and it’s not an emergency! They have an emergency process for that.

I really like the Alexander, it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in. They are constantly maintains the grounds and keeping it clean. my only complaint is they put in these great umbrellas in the dog parks but then were only usable for a month bc they didn’t remove them for the hurricanes and they’ve been broken since.
Good neighborhood and friendly people living here. Communities events are really poor, definitely more and better things can be organized. Clean place. Do not agree at all on how many things are managed from the main office. They make you feel you owe you sthg when actually you are paying a rent to them, and not cheap rent at all

While getting the tour, when we walked into the apartment I fell in love with how open and spacious it was. The complex was so clean and quiet.
Excellent apartment complex! Clean, beautiful, well kept grounds, friendly and fast maintenance, food trucks and events organized for the residents, gyms, pool, and a clear anti-drug policy. I enjoy living here!

A couple of problems but called Sonny and he handled it. Nice guy! My husband and I are still getting used to living in an apartment, we have lived in our home for 25 years until the flood. But it is very pleasant and peaceful on patio and relaxing with lake view. So enjoying it so far.

Overall I am so happy with our community. Maintenance is so responsive and they keep our grounds beautiful. We’ve had some minor issues with the front gate, but besides that I am very happy.
I was born and raised in St. Pete, but as cost of living has gone up, the only affordable apartments there were either old, poorly maintained, or inconveniently located. I toured many apartments around the Bay area, and none came close to being a nice as The Alexander at the same price point. Since moving in and living here a couple years, I'm extremely happy with my decision! The only reason I'll ever leave is when I'm ready for homeownership again. If you're looking for an apartment, I can't recommend this enough!

This apartment complex is a beautiful, dog friendly community. The pool area is gorgeous and has a resort like ambiance. Even though it's located close to highway US 19 it is a quiet community.

Alexander at Countryside is quiet and peaceful, I absolutely love it here. The apartments are extremely spacious. However there’s always room improvement : 1) Fix the main gate, this community has three gates that access the neighborhood and one (main gate) is always opened. I chose Alexander at Countryside because it was gated. 2) Car wash, I think about how much money I spend on the rent, valet trash, sewage etc. If I want to wash my vehicle I would like to do that without having to spend money. 3) Assigned parking. Many times I come home late and there are no parking spots close to my building again I think about how much I spend on rent and I don’t have a designated parking spot. 4) There are wasp nest every, in the staircase, I live on the third floor and there are at least 2 wasp nest by my porch and every now and then I find one inside my porch. I would like to relax on my porch without worrying about getting attack by a swarm of wasps.

Thank you for your review. We work hard to repair all gate issues as quickly as possible. Some repairs are easier than others, so we apologize for any delays due to parts needed or the vendor's schedule. Parking is first come first serve, however we do offer garages as assigned parking. If you are interested, contact the leasing office, and we can make sure to add you to the waitlist! If you notice any wasp nests in the breezeways, please submit a work order and maintenance can remove; any nests located on the outside of the building on the 3rd floor will be removed by our pest control team. Great place to live. Very quiet. Love the gym and pool. I love walking around the complex and looking at the ducks and turtles. Everyone is friendly. Would be perfect if rent could come down.

Everything has been smooth, including easy to make rent payments, links to set up utilities, easy to make maintenance requests, internet, etc. When I got my keys and started my move in process, the apartment was very clean and the air was cranking!

I love living here so much. The unit itself is spacious and filled with natural light making it feel much bigger than it actually is. The complex staff is friendly and responsive and the grounds are so pretty. There are birds and wildlife all around.

Great amenities and amazing maintenance team. The gate is almost always broken and the front office team won’t call you back, just email. The floor plans are nice.

Overall great place to live, nothing fancy, amenities are being renovated so future tenants will be able to enjoy them more than I was, pool is beautiful and usually pretty quiet but can get busier on the weekends, staff is usually pleasant, not the most luxurious apartments but good for what they’re worth! I enjoyed my stay here.

Moving in was smooth and easy, especially as I completed the whole process without seeing the complex in person until move in day. Leasing agents were energetic and helpful answering any and all questions I had. Apartment is very nice, new appliances and flooring - large rooms and bathroom, lots of space and large windows make the space feel very open. However, noise is a factor. I can hear every step from the upstairs neighbor, often shakes the walls and yells at TV or games late at night, of which I can hear every word. Noise in the hallway/breezeways is minimal, but noise from upper neighbors can be unbearable at times.

Very knowledgeable agents easy to work with. Great location. Near sunstars north hub which makes the location feel very safe. Also theirs are deputies and sheriff's that reside in the complex as well.
