Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are plenty of other apartments around this area. I lived here for a year and had nothing but issues. Dog excrement everywhere, office staff that is a resident not following pool rules of no drinking or smoking, amenities getting wrecked from horrible tenants, not worth the money... the list could go on for days.

These apartments have good relaxation areas, a place for a walk around the lake. If there are problems with the apartment, then all issues are resolved quickly. I only had problems with the delivery of the package.

Dog crap everywhere and poorly maintained. Took them four months to fix the gate. Dangerous dog breeds here as well that are NOT allowed on this property. People up front in the office don’t really care so it’s poorly maintained and managed. It’s like they are just there for a paycheck and could care less about the lessee. Pool is always full of debree and bugs in the summertime. You can tell this was just cheap and quick throw up construction because there is absolutely NO insulation or sound proofing in the walls or floors. I could actually hear the person using the bathroom up above me as well as people walking by outside talking like literally there was nothing between us.

Poorly maintained and managed. Broken amenities, dead grass everywhere, dirty , no soundproofing between units. Management unresponsive and does not care. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. Cannot get out of here fast enough.

First of all, I want to give a shout-out to Ashley, she walked us thru everything in this complex, and the amenities are amazing, it seems to be an excellent place to move in, Ashley was very kind and took her time to answer to our questions, especially my 2 kids that didn't stop asking her lots of them. We will consider moving here. excellent storage rooms and the complex is well maintained. as per complaints about dogs, hey, dogs are being dogs, they seem to get upset over minor issues. overall we love it

Dog poop everywhere, huge whiffs of marijuana from neighbors, dangerous dogs that shouldnt be here, bugs problems, amenities not working, and poor mamanement. Save yourself a massive headache and stress and look elsewhere.

I have lived at the Adley since Nov. This place is an overpriced, poorly managed complex. Dog excrement and urine in the hallways is a daily occurrence. I was attacked and bitten by a another tenants dog. Neighbors dog barks incessantly at all hours of the day and night and management does nothing about it. The assistant manager told me to call the police. The apartments are cheaply constructed with paper thin walls. The noise from other tenants is ridiculous. Banging doors, flushing toilets, couples arguing etc. Oh and did I mention the highway noise?? We cant even open our windows or door to the tiny porch. Car and truck noise is deafening. I cannot get out of this place fast enough.
I have lived here for 8 months, and moved here because it is supposed to be a "no smoking property". In July smokers moved in, they regularly smoke on their indoor porch, it also smells like they are smoking inside their apt, to date the issue has not been resolved despite multiple complaints. The noise is the loudest of any apartment I've lived at in 10 years. There are people slamming doors and yelling in the hallways at night, and blare their bass music surround all hours of day & night. No inspections or intervention from the office. AVOID this complex if you want fresh air or peace and quiet.
Where to start ....Let’s start with the great staff. Very friendly and always planning the next amazing event that creates a sense of community. Definitely five star amenities with a huge resort style pool, two story fitness, lounging in one of the hammocks or a cabana. Grilling on a Kitchen Aid grill, too many community TVs to count ......simply a great place to call home!

This is the best complex we have ever lived in! The staff is amazing and very friendly, as are all of the other residents we have met so far. The lake views are incredible at any time of day and there are more amenities than I can count. Living here feels like living on vacation all the time!! Coming home to the Adley is my favorite part of every day!

My husband and I love living here with our 2 kids. We just moved from out of state living in a house and were pleasantly surprised going back to apartments for this season. We have lived in several different apartments over the years, these are by far the nicest. I would not consider them apartments but more like living in a luxury resort! The staff is amazing, the amenities are top of the line! They have a resort style pool, movie theater room, screened in Cabana with games, luxury 2 story gym that my husband loves using, the residents are friendly. There's even elevators which made moving in a breeze. It just feels like coming home and we couldn't have asked for a better transition moving to Florida.

My husband and I were moving back to the area from Denver, the leasing agent we spoke with encouraged us to apply so that we didn’t miss the the location or pricing we were looking for. We did the app and paid the fees. We knew the property was under construction but were told it should be ready by June 20th. Half way into our journey home I reached out to THEM (no communication from the time we put in our app unless I reached out to them, even though we were told we would receive pictures to choose which apartment we wanted) they then told me that it wouldn’t be the 20th (okay I understand construction but I’m sure they knew it wouldn’t be ready BEFORE I reached out to them) and that they didn’t have a date because of inspections. I was told in that email that the manager would reach back out to me by end of business that day. Never got a call. I called multiple times that day, got no answer and then once we were back in Florida, I finally got ahold of them. On Thursday the 13th, I spoke with the manager and she told me that she didn’t call because she was told by the leasing agent that we were coming in the next day to just pick another apartment. A conversation that was never had. She also told me that if we chose not to move in there that they would refund us the money we had already paid to move in. We went to the property they offered us a 2nd floor unit instead of the 1st floor we had originally picked. However our movers would charge us more to put our things there, the other unit they offered us was $100 more because of a view, we also never asked for. They did offer to help with flooring but their solution was to add plank around doors which would have looked ridiculous. We also looked at the available unit and the craftsmanship was garbage, you could clearly see that drawers and cabinets were thrown on and not put together so they would last. I called on Friday and again on Monday and left messages. Again, I never received a call back. On Wednesday almost a week later I received a text message from the leasing agent apologizing for the inconvenience. I asked her to have her manager process the refund she TOLD me we could have and then this morning received an email, not even a phone call telling me we were not getting a refund. Stay very very clear of this place if you’re wanting to live somewhere that communicates and is honest and has the residents best interest in mind.
