My family and I have lived at the Adler (cave springs) for 5 years now. The new management has taken the time to help improve the interior with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances as well as community itself. Maintenance has also fixed items in my apartment that the prior company had not right away!! They have worked hard and it shows. I love having family over to an apartment I now feel proud to call home.

Horrible management and apartments •drasticly increased rent •constantly changing owners •don't repair anything •renovating WHILE you live in the apartment (cosmetic renovations, real issues still present) •lost security deposit • extremely loud neighbors, management doesn't care •man was killed nearby
We originally rented from this address when it was known as Cave Springs. We were so excited about the new management, but we quickly changed our tunes. They overcharged us on rent after shutting down online payment without any warning. The air conditioning can not get below ten degrees outside temperature. So if you live on the second and third floor then when it is close to 100 degrees outside then you are living in an apartment that is stuck in the high 80s or 90s. Even right now they are forcing reinventions on us. They told us to have the kitchen and bathroom cleaned out by Monday and it would take anywhere from there to Friday to get it done. We were promised it would be done today but it won't be. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Cave spring apartments are very accessible to grocery stores and general shopping

Overall experience with management was outstanding during the leasing and move in process. Typically a walk through would have been done prior to moving in but that wasnt an option. All issues found After I moved in. Management was quick to acknowledge my issues found but taking longer to address and correct them. Love the community and management, just would like my issues taken care of. Thank you Ms. Marites Bratton

Best bang for buck I've ever had for an apartment! Lucky for us, it was our first. Convenient location, staff is friendly and quick to respond, maintenance as well. The apartment itself was in great condition, aside from the usual wear & tear. Highly recommended
I lived in unit 7 for 2y+, and it flooded a handful of times for different reasons. New landlords are difficult to get in touch with, and changed a bunch of rules when they took over. Lease was up and they were raising rent, so we left. Was interested in looking at a 2br with them because of limited options elsewhere, so I scheduled a viewing. The lady was not there at our scheduled time.
