      I’ve lived here for five months now, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The apartment itself meets my needs, and the community has been generally pleasant. Maintenance is responsive, and any issues I’ve had were addressed in a reasonable time frame. Jay, the apartment manager, has been a good experience he is approachable and does great to keep things running smoothly. Communication has been clear, and he has been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

      DO NOT LIVE HERE

      If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. While the house staff (which is only ONE front desk guy and ONE maintenance guy) is friendly and amicable, it’s evident Borror management doesn’t give them any power to implement effective changes. This place has terrible crime issues and whoever built/designed the parking lot needs to be fired. They installed the bare minimum number of lights, no gates, and security patrol who drives through the parking lot within 60 seconds. Obviously, crime doesn’t have a zip code, the building is close to downtown, and people should remain vigilant when it comes to their safety – but management won’t install outdoor security cameras or the gates they have been promising residents for MONTHS now. It seems they waived the $30 parking in attempt to put in an end to our dissatisfaction without implementing real changes. Someone was robbed at gun point 10 pm on a Wednesday IN the parking lot, and I had to find out from other residents via posters that were put up around the property. Management refuses to acknowledge the incidents that occur so they can’t be held liable. This is only the crime issues! Don’t even get me started on the building construction. Sloppy work with TONS of issues. Specifically, AC and wiring issues. I didn’t have AC, hot water, or a working washing machine for the first 5 days I lived here, all because the company their contracted with didn’t deem it an emergency. My hot water tank wasn’t hooked up to the breaker box, and the wiring didn’t match the labels. This place is awful, and I’m very concerned they won’t do anything until someone is hurt.

      tons of violent crime occurring in the parking lot. tenants fearful to leave the building at night. management is doing nothing to help and alleviate issues. do not move here if you value your safety and the safety of your belongings.

      I have been trying to get information on this apartments for months now, I’ve called, emailed and even reached out to the main office. However, every time my call or email gets ignored. If you’re looking to rent here good luck getting ahold of anyone.

      New tenant and so excited to move

      Michael and Hasanati have been wonderful during my application and move in process. I move into the Adelphi Quarter on Nov. 30th and am excited to call this community my first apartment home. They have been super thorough with all my questions and the process has been very smooth so far. So excited for everything to come!
