The property is great because it was not to much of a hassle to get in, the maintenance team Josh and Trent got straight to my appliance issue and I'm truly grateful. Ohhhhh I LOOOOOve my Apartment.

I went to view the apartment for a one bedroom and Lisa was very helpful, polite and courteous. Didn't get the apartment but she was great to deal with.

So I had an emergency yesterday with my stove called the number for someone to come and check it out and no one called me back after about an hour I called 911 to come, spoke with the fire chief and they turned the breaker off and unplugged the stove. Why have an emergency number if no one responds to the calls. Clear Property Management is very poor in managing the complex at Huntington Ridge in DeSoto. The grounds are HORRIBLE!!! They cut the grass in the front by my apartment but didn’t cut the part not even 200 yards away from it looks like a forest growing out there! Not to mention the back gate has not worked in over a year, the front gate barely works, it’s been down and out for three weeks now the call box was knocked over and never picked up for two of those weeks…ONE WAY IN AND ONE WAY OUT. The maintenance crew rides around of the golf cart with Black and Mild cigars in their mouth. You can tell no one EVER walks the property because of they did they would see the wrecked car that had been parked in a parking space with CAUTION tape around it, air bags deployed, a missing wheel but it still sits on the property I know the maintenance crew have seen it but didn’t say anything…WHY, because they don’t live there so they not anyone else cares to remove it! People if you are thinking about this complex, you better keep going because every since they changed Management to Clear Property, it’s been nothing but Clear Chaos!!!!! I have NEVER had to write so many reviews about one company before but how ever many I have to write to let the public know that this place is not worth it, I will! I’m contacting Smash the News topic for them to come out to interview me and show them the MESS at this complex!!! Oh how can I forget the rammed trash can in one part of the complex bricks been knocked down for about two weeks. They are quick to send an email about trash in my unit that is clear it’s not me, but never make an effort to say we know the gates are broke down but here’s the ETA of having the problem fixed…and to be honest, it’s the sorry trash service they have who scatters trash from the trash they pick up. I don’t even use the sorry service, I take my trash out myself!!!! It will be interesting to see what and how fast my stove will be repaired…forces me to eat out for breakfast and dinner….but if too long, I know where to turn Felicha Adams 2228

Clear property management took over in February and the property has gone downhill in just a month. They got rid of the manager that actually took care of issues and cared about residents. They sent the head maintenance guy to another property in Ft. Worth, now we have a new guy who is struggling to keep up with getting repairs done. The new manager and assistant manager are clueless. The entire property is covered with trash. There is currently living room furniture blocking the trash cans for over a week now. They are leasing to anyone, no standards. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I want to say the staff at Huntington Ridge is the best. David goes above and beyond to fix any maintenance issues that I have had and he is excellent at his job. DeAnna is very helpful and attentive and she really cares about her residents. Janet always has a smile and she is always very nice to me. I have no complaints and I am very happy to call Huntington Ridge my home...

David, maintenance manager is very friendly and professional. When I ask something to fix, he comes and fixes right away. Awesome maintenance manager.

I LOVE MY COMMUNITY APARTMENTS, I LOVE THE UNIT THAT I AM LIVING IN! IT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE VIEW IS AMAZING! I HAVE TWO PATIOS ONE OFF THE BEDROOM WHICH I LOVE! I HAVE BEEN HERE FIVE YEARS AND A FEW MONTHS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. LAST NIGHT HAD AN EMERGENCY LEAK AND IT WAS AFTER HOURS AND I MADE A CALL TO THE AFTER HOURS TEAM AND WITHIN TEN MINUTES DAVID WAS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR! AND FIXED THE LEAK. HOW COOL IS THAT! DEANNA YOU AND YOUR TEAM MAKE THE APARTMENTS LOOK AND STAY NICE LOOKING, JOB VERY WELL DONE! ROMEL

I just moved in and I can honestly say this place is quiet, clean and if there's any maintenance issues they are on top of it. I know because I had an issue with my refrigerator and they fixed it quickly. Management is amazing they are easy to talk to if you have any problems and the property always has events. Glad I moved here!

Yet again, David did a great job of taking care of a maintenance issue I had in my apartment! He replaced my microwave in no time!! Thanks again David for doing such an awesome job!!

David, the maintenance manager, is amazing. We had a few things to work out when we first moved in and he responded promptly and had a smile while doing so. His positive attitude made a difference!

I’ve been here for three years now. Since I’ve been here the management has changed a few times but the management team we have now is the Absolute BEST!!! I can’t say enough about DeAnna the manager and David the maintenance manager. What they are bringing to the property now is priceless- it’s like a family. All I do is smile every time I encounter these Wonderful people. Keep up the Great work Huntington Ridge. They hit a Home Run when they hired you all.

The Maintenance work is done with care and excellence. The property is quiet and has nice views.

Good customer service is hard to come by in any business especially apartment complexes. I want to thank the staff of Huntington Ridge for providing me with a really good genuine experience. I appreciate the time you took to answer all of my questions and tell me about the offers currently available without the feeling of being rushed or that I was taking up your time. The entire office including the manager was very inviting and very professional. I felt that they actually cared about my needs. I was pleasantly surprised when Jovanne opened the refrigerator and offered me a cold beverage and snack of my choice during the kitchen showing of their model. This office staff is definitely at the top of their A game. A special thank you the Jovonne T. I visited with you the longest. You are super nice and helpful. The staff at Huntington Ridge displays an insurmountable level of customer service and professionalism. Deanna, Jovan, and the maintenance team are great! They are always efficient and effective in regards to any questions or needs that I may have. I have experienced the turnover of several leasing and maintenance staff while residing in this community and they are by far the best team.

Do not move in these apartments they are a joke they never fix things & lie about it I would not recommend this place to anyone to live.

I have been living here for about 7 months and I have had a very good experience. I have called maintenance and got same day service. The grounds keeper/maintenance guys are very friendly and do a great job. The manager and assistant manager are always asking if I need anything. They even offered a discount on my rent since I am a nurse. Its a pretty quite community. The only thing that is kind of annoying is if your apartment is on the second floor above the garage, you hear the doors opening and your floor vibrates a little. My neighbor used to wake me up at 5:30 am as he went to work in the morning but now I have gotten used to it. Over all, I am very happy.

I am very impressed with the apartment location, grounds and amenities. The location of the apartments are quite impressive due to other upscale apartments in the metroplex are congested. This apartment is located in a family oriented community. The apartment grounds speak volumes and are mainly clean with beautiful landscaping. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient when it comes to getting work orders done. The manager and assistant manager are very helpful and friendly. The leasing sales representative could use a customer service class. No community is perfect but I will give this complex high reviews due to the amenities, cost and cleanliness. The apartments in this complex look like patio homes and are very quiet in a low crime area. Thank you for making these stand out from the rest!!! I use to reside in some built by the same contractor and they are upgraded for about the same price. The only difference is upgraded doors, custom paint throughout, stainless steel appliances, faux wood blinds, hardwoods in main areas on first floor and includes cable. Huntington Ridge raised rents to the same but do not have half the upgrades. They only put wood in common areas on first floor apartment plans not entire common areas to exclude bedrooms. The upgraded apartments by same contractor is in a high-traffic area; less private and the grounds are not as clean.
