Like the other person said don't trust them.something that needs fixed never gets fixed.And the property Manager has some honesty issues when you try to get your deposit back.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. We continue to improve the quality of the apartment homes at The Aberdeen through maintenance and renovations. We encourage our tenants to bring any issues to our attention so that we may address them as soon as possible. I moved into this apartment a few months ago and since I've moved in nothing gets fixed. They raise your rent in the middle of your lease. They now allow pets but took away the trash cans so no one picks up the poo anymore. The buildings stink, management sucks, the maintenance men are really pervery. There are things that are supposed to be in each apartmemt like a smoke detector that they still haven't put in. No matter how many times you let them know something is broke it takes months for them to fix IF they even fix it. I wouldn't wish these apartments on my worst enemy.

We have many tenants in several apartment complexes in the Pueblo area and we strive to create the best possible experience for our communities.
