This place is squeaky clean . I feel at home
I actually plan to move here soon. The manager sold me. Kali was extremely fun. When touring, she answered every question while taking time to make sure i received everything i needed. I would definitely recommend The Abbey to anyone looking to relocating .

Relocation success- 2 years as a tenant
I have lived here for 2 years and still love it. The amenities are great, the maintenance staff is wonderful, and the community feels very safe. The rent is a little high, but I do feel that I am paying for a very nice apartment so it’s worth it to me.

I loved this place!!!
I visited here a couple weeks ago for a tour, I absolutely loved this place.The location was right, everyone in the office was super friendly and prompt.China did an excellent job touring as well.I wish my time of move was sooner so that I can start the application process.

Home is always what you make it and the energy that’s in it!!!!
I just loveeeeee The Abby’s I don’t know where to start the apartment floor plans are amazing ?? very cool modern look very clean abs vibrant!! Some of the views overlook the pool which is awesome very spacious!! The staff is amazing Shaquille is my favorite very welcoming and informative!! The staff is very friendly and responsive when it comes to answering questions and or concerns!! I’m a true believer of you get what you pay for!! And here at The Abbeys you definitely get more than your moneys worth!!! This is what home feels like from the beautiful apartments to the friendly staff!!!

Montford Park is the best!!!!
Wow! What a stunning complex - the neighborhood is perfect. Hidden gem - can't believe I found this place so close to all my favorite things in Montford Park!! And it looks to be brand new as well - Excited to move in soon!

Highly recommended
I love everything about my apartment! I feel safe coming home at night and knowing strangers can’t access the building. The events are definitely top tier!! I don’t plan on moving anytime soon

A taste of tranquil living
The amenities here are nice. I come to visit the first of every month to have dinner with my parents. I’m always amazed at how “high class” this community is. Clean, quiet, and in the perfect location .

DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Very shady & deceitful leasing practices. They were advertising a unit online that they didn’t even have available and after applying and paying to secure the unit they called me and told me (but tried to offer me the same floor plan at a higher price point). I requested a refund of the fees I paid since they didn’t have the unit I initially applied for but it’s been a nightmare - very poor management no returned emails or calls once they get your money.

Do not live here
DO NOT LIVE HERE. Looks nice but is cheap and way too $$$ for what you get. Not even in a nice location. Had a 5 pm showing and no one showed up to show us the property. My bf flew in from another country to see this place and we waited an hour...the worst part though??? Still no one showed up when they confirmed our appointment. So we didn’t even get to see the specific unitX No one helped us get another appointment the following day and they couldn’t squeeze us in. They couldn’t even direct us to a manager. And they didn’t even sincerely apologize. Extremely frustrated with the abbey and extremely thankful we are not living here. But long story short, don’t waste your time on these people. They obviously don’t care about their future residents. There are SO many better options for better prices with newer complexes and way better amenities. Gym is also TINY. Look at inspire or sycamore at tyvola.

I can acknowledge that during holidays we staff accordingly for a slower season and for whatever reason a group of individuals came in at the same time for tours completely overwhelming the staff and swamping them and unfortunately, that effected your experience. I apologize for the inconsistent service, and hope you can understand there is always a reason- however inexcusable. I do hope you won't judge our company by this one experience. We strive to provide impeccable service and go to great lengths to provide a welcoming, true neighborhood feel-more than any other luxury apartment community in the area. Awesome place to live
The Abbey is such a wonderful place to live. From the fantastic leasing agents and staff who are always available to help in any way possible to all of the first class amenities, this place has it all. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance to all kinds of shops, dining, and night life. You will never be without something to do. All of the residence are nice. A lot of them have pets and take advantage of the dog park and green space now that they are done. You will not be disappointed living here.
