Walker Ranch Park is a small corner neighborhood in northern San Antonio. Walker Ranch Park is filled with bright, colorful apartments with upgraded features and modern townhomes. The area is best known for being home to the Ranch Historic Landmark Park, which runs through the middle of the neighborhood. This area was once a hub for prehistoric peoples and historians believe the park was used as a tool refitting station, a butchering station, a plant processing station, a hunting camp, a social gathering spot, and more. This area was also once occupied by Spanish soldiers and settlers. Today, Walker Ranch Park is now a popular natural area great for walking and biking. There is also a playground, a small pavilion, and an amphitheater for special events.
Residents of Walker Ranch Park go to nearby Parliament Square in the southern tip of town and nearby Valley View Shopping Center for shopping and dining.

Property Ratings at The Abbey At Copper Creek
I have a flooding issue since day one. I told management ( Edee or Edna) about it she ignored me. Secondly the leaking issue turned into a mold issue, my bathroom was a mess my bathtub was caving in from the wall. Maintenance was no help, they will come in and out of your apartment without no work orders. The apartments is roach infested, the roach issues is not fixable. Roaches everywhere bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and closets. I had to break my lease because it was tooo much problems with this apartments. Don't live here
I have lived here for several years now. The first apartment I lived in, flooded twice. From the ceiling. Now I live in a different apartment. When I moved in the carpet was covered in animal urine. They refused to fix it for a week. When they did, they damage my brand new furniture. Twice my bathroom has had a leak. I told them about it when it started, they ignored me. So it got worse until there was mold growing on the walls and the floor and floor boards were warped. They painted over it with no repair. Then came to fix it in an emergency because my downstairs neighbor's apartment started to flood. Now I have had COCKROACHES for weeks and they have done nothing, had me move all my stuff out and board my dogs for the day just to not show up to fumigate. When I told them it had not been done she doubled down and said it had. Now 10 days later I'm still crawling with roaches and she confirms it was never done but calls me a liar and says there are no roaches. I guess I'm just calling because I love to see them.
Extremely money hungry. Will charge for absolutely anything. They don’t treat you like people here, they see you as a money sign. Save yourself the headache and lease somewhere else. Nothing but problems with this location since day 1! Overcharged and double charged, no excuses.
I lived here before it was The Abbey at Copper Creek and the changes that have been made thus far are phenomenal. The improvements in security are impressive and have been needed. Maintenance is on their job, friendly & courteous. Management is also friendly & highly professional. I look forward to remaining here as a resident and am anxious to see what is to come as they continue to work and improve the community.
