The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The 4111
I was here from 2020 - 2024 (just moved out, new job) and I can say as a single guy with no kids...This place was absolutely perfect for me. Perfect commute to work and G-stores, the rent was also very affordable, with all the utilities covered. Vicki was awesome, very kind and gives plenty of notice for any maintenance or management reasons for needing to enter. Had no issues with anyone at the complex and was very quiet for the most part. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is single or small family to check it out.
It was everything that I needed, and Vicki was a very reliable and trustworthy landlord. I recently transferred to a bordering state for work, but for 2 years, The 4111 was my home. I really enjoyed the space, the TV and microwave that came with the room were a nice touch. I felt comfortable and safe. The neighbors were pleasant and friendly. It was conveniently located (just a couple of minutes driving or biking) to the industrial park area where I worked. It was also within walking distance of Wausau Mine Co., a nice eatery in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a space that is reasonably priced with utilities included, is clean and modern, and feels like home.
Apartments are really new and clean. Management is really on top of things and I am very close to everything I need. Who could ask for more!
