Overpriced and terrible maintenance repair
The plumbing is so old the drainage comes out on the roof, they don’t maintain the property, the don’t keep up with the upkeep of apartments or mow regularly! The landlords are very unfriendly and unhelpful! The price for what you get is very high for the area and when you have a maintenance concern they don’t fix the problem properly. There is mold in the apartments! They basically paint over the problems and when you move in you discover a load of issues and they got you in a contract at that point and don’t care.

Away from noise
This place has a good setup. I like that it is close to everything and kinda tucked away still. It is quiet here and nobody gives me trouble. The kitchen is decent sized, and the bedrooms are good. There is a washer and dryer connection in the storage unit which is awesome because I have so many clothes. I like management, they are quick to help me out and maintenance is fast with repairs,
