Property Ratings at Terre at the Ranch
The property manager Valerie made the application and move in process seamless. Every step went exactly as described with absolutely no hick-ups. The issues that were addressed on the move-in sheet were done in a relatively expedient fashion and the maintenance guy; Chris might be the best handyman I've come across in a long time. Kudos! Great clean neighborhood, amenities with friendly people.
The apartment complex is great. Great price for the square footage and the stuff in the apartment definitely worth it. And Valerie the property manager is absolutely amazing always takes care of any problems I’ve ever had. Moved in quick and easy without any hiccups. Overall great apartments.
This apartment complex is dog and cat friendly!!! The people Here are very friendly and are very helpful when you may need help or assistance.The management is great! and there always there when you need them! There real cool when you want to have birthday parties by the pool or on the lawn its a huge complex lots of room for kids and animals to play and roam!
