It’s almost been a year that I’ve been a resident of Terrano. I’m very pleased with my experience here so far. Maintenance comes quick, the pool is always pristine, the leasing office is helpful. I recommend it here to all of my friends looking at apartments.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at an apartment that simply exceeded all of my expectations. This place isn't just another apartment; it's a luxurious retreat nestled right next to the heart of Corona. The living space was spacious and filled with natural light, instantly making me feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making home-cooked meals a breeze. Perhaps one of the standout features of this apartment was its location. Great community, quiet and clean. Tenants are respectful of each others space. The management communicates well. The maintenance staff are very polite and smiles all the time. They are probably one of the most friendliest and professional crew I've met in apartment living.

We just moved in from selling our house. Its been over 30 years since we have lived in an apartment, so its been awhile. Our concerns where the size and the quality of life. Since moving in, our experience has been exceptional. Our neighbors are friendly. The gym is kept clean, the pool is great, and the BBQ areas are nice. We also appreciate Terrano being pet friendly. Our teenage son likes walking to Dos Lagos for entertainment.

Terrano apartment is the best place to live in Corona. I love way they thought about many details inside of the apartment. DESIGNED IN MIND FOR MAKE US FEEL HOME. Andy, staff was super helpful, always there to assist and does his job excellent!!! He should be recognized for his hard work! And staffs are over all nice. Recommend 200%

We have been here since August 2020 and what at first seemed pleasant has been an absolute nightmare! Cars are constantly broken into almost weekly from inside the property when there are security gates and supposed security staff we pay for. Dogs poop everywhere and most owners don’t pick it up. They also have not been enforcing the none smoking lease we signed. Our apartment reeks like an ash tray from the people below us. Their management besides from one leasing agent, Brooke and their maintenance staff are all slow to respond. You pay too dollar to live somewhere that doesn’t care about you, only that you “pay on time”. RED FLAGS all around with level of treatment by management, dirty community with dog poop and cigaret buds and cars getting broken into! Would highly recommend finding somewhere else to live, anywhere but here. My apartment in downtown Long Beach was cleaner and safer than this place.

If you are looking for a wide variety of spacious apartments with the latest in modern technology, Terrano is the place. My 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is clean, light, with a great flow. The management/leasing staff are super friendly, professional and very helpful. My apt overlooks the pool, which is always clean, even with the recent strong winds. I've only been in my apt for 2 weeks, but I am very happy with my choice to move here.

Terrano is a great apartment living. Modern appliance and well kept garage and secured access to elevator from your garage. The tenants keeps to themselves and friendly. The staff are very helpful and creates an atmosphere for the tenants to enjoy living here. The amenities are great, now that we are back to using them. Access to freeway and shops are within walking distance. Construction is on its way for some more added shops, gas station and other activities. The area is securely located off the 15 freeway surrounded with shops and residential neighborhood. Overall a great location and a luxurious style buildings for a great price. JM
