A major art hub in Phoenix, Roosevelt is alive with revitalized parks, distinct shops and local small businesses, topnotch restaurants, and Craftsman-style architecture.
Roosevelt Row, or “RoRo”, is a very walkable arts district filled with impressive sculptures, colorful murals, and art exhibits. During the first Friday of every month, locals are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in culture and art with the First Friday Art Walk.
Residents are encouraged to stroll through the studios and view the newest collections, sip cocktails, and mingle with the community artists.
When it comes to food on RoRo, the locals rave about the Dressing Room and its international street fare. The Japanese Friendship Garden is a serene, park-like setting that includes a koi pond, cascading waterfall, and tea garden – it’s the ideal place for meditation. The Valley Metro Rail connects residents to the airport’s sky train, zoo, and Desert Botanical Garden.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at TerraceVue
I have really enjoyed my time here! There is a real sense of community amongst the residents. It is only a short 5-8 min bike ride to all the great amenities that Roosevelt Row has to offer. The units are comfortable, and the complex feels very safe, not to mention an excellent value for the area. I have found the management team to be extremely courteous and eager to help. If not for my boyfriend taking a job out of state, we would have loved to stay for another year... or five! ;0)
Do not move here unless you want you to live in a trailer park. Residents don’t pick up after their animals, trash is always outside on the property, the “terrace” furniture is inoperable and unsafe. The pictures on these apartments are misleading. I’m sure there are jail cells bigger then these apartments. Management is horrible and refuses to take accountability. “Keyless” entry has never worked and management does nothing about it when you ask them. Staff and owner seem to be really incompetent and when you speak with other people employed by them they will tell you everybody at all of their properties hate living there due to poor conditions. Oh by the way a lot of homeless people and no cameras or security. Gates are always open or broken. Cars have been broken into and vandalized.
