Property Ratings at Terraces at Town Center
The noise from the unit above is so loud that it disrupts my sleep and work. The gates rarely work, and strange people have been knocking on my door at night. The AC unit breaks every few weeks, and they won't bother to replace it. Management is nonresponsive to any complaints. I don't recommend this complex if you are looking for peace or security. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
Have loved our time here so far the neighborhood is quiet and the amenities are great

Overall a great experience at Terraces. No big complaints except not being able to leave trash out before 6pm. My work schedule doesn’t allow me to get home before 6pm, so I don’t really get to take advantage of the trash valet service even though I am paying for it.

I lived here for 2 years in 2 different units. During that time frame, My vehicle was broken into (twice), I had a tire slashed, had my storage unit broken into and robbed, and had leashless dogs chase after mine on multiple occasions. Needless to say, this wasn’t a great place to live. The office staff was always super friendly and the maintenance staff was responsive to maintenance requests so I will give them that. I was going to give a higher rating but I’ve been waiting for months for a detailed ‘bill’ of damages they’re erroneously attempting to charge. I finally received this today and the ‘damages’ are for “Full Apartment Painting”, which is something they do to every unit at turnover so it’s baffling why I wasn’t charged this charge for my first unit I moved out of but suddenly get charged for this one? They use cheap watered down paint that scuffs if the sunlight hits it so this ‘damage’ charge is just designed to milk money out of tenants. Steer clear of Terraces, while the team working there is great, the management company is deceitful and inconsistent and the community itself is an unsafe place to live.

The Terraces at Town Center is a great community to live in! Living here includes well kept amenities, valet trash pickup available 5 out 7 days, a dog park, storage options and friendly staff. Id highly recommend taking a tour to see for yourself.

Terraces is a great place to live, excellent location, service and amenities are outstanding.
Love living here. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. Everything is kept clean and well taken care of. Apartments are quiet and safe!
We've had an awesome time at Terraces. The maintenance team is always on top of requests and 99 percent of the time has things fixed by the next day that we put in a service order. The only time we've had to wait longer was for more complicated requests, but otherwise they're always on top of it. One time I put in a request for a patch in a hole right before I clocked out of work for lunch, and by the time I got home to check on my cat and make my food, Artur was already there sealing it up. There's been some changes with management and the front office that have been VERY MUCH for the better, which usually is the other way around. The new front desk agent is much friendlier than the old staff. I never feel like I'm interrupting her and she's always running around to help. There's dog biscuits and free tea and coffee at the clubhouse now, and they have Panera brunch every other Sunday it seems. You can definitely tell they've worked to keep up with all the expansions to town center, like how they have the fiber internet. I don't have to deal with Comcast, and I get 1G internet for the price of what you'd normally pay for a fraction of that speed.

Very very beautiful apartments, awesome location, and friendly staff. It really feels like resort living!! It's a little pricey but you defiantly get what you pay for.
My wife and I moved here last year, we have stayed here for about a year. When we got to the club house already there was a warm welcoming, Sonny the property manager is BY FAR one of the best PROPERTY MANAGERS, or just in general as a person he is AMAZING. Not only does he truly care about his residents but he also cares about the property, a lot of communities we looked at are not well kept like Terraces are. Sonny is so friendly with everyone, he really enjoys being around people. The apartments are great, the layouts are perfect, for all people, if its a big balcony to a nice view or more space inside, Terraces at the Towncenter is the best property, I would refer every one that rents here, my parents are moving from Iowa how much they enjoyed staying here, my in laws are moving as well. Its amazing that I can say that I call Terraces at Towncenter my home. I would not move from this place, I will stay here as long as I can.

Overall great experience at this apartment complex. The good: Buildings were built within past 5 years so they're in really good shape. Dog park was recently renovated with astroturf and is now useable and great for dogs. Quick to respond to all service requests and the staff are friendly. The bad: Landscaping outside is rough and there are plenty of weeds that the company is letting grow out. The paint used in the apartment is cheap so whenever removing a sticky tab or hanging up a picture it will chip off no matter what. The gates have to be replaced regularly because of people running into them so they are open more often than they are closed. It's a pretty good apartment complex and a lot better than the old unit I lived in. If the complex fixed these minor details it would have gotten five stars easily.

I have been working with my landscaper to ensure we are getting more attention to detail on the property. It has been a constant battle with the gates. I can't control people hitting them, but I know they are important to my residents, so they are always a top priority for me to fix.
