We love it here! The manager Sara is wonderful. The building is clean and well kept. Large apartments with laundry in the unit! We love the walking trails that we can walk over to the parks! Quiet location!
My husband and I moved here from out of state and the process was pretty smooth and quick.Sara answered our calls and emails within a day which we appreciated considering the circumstances of us having to move here expediantly, across from husbands parents. We really like our apartment except the a/c system is pretty loud.My husbands use to it but I wake up with migraines from the constantv 24/7 noise from the system.But that's expected since it's outside our bedroom window, but that's in every complex you move to there's at least one apartment that has to get use to it. But hoping to move to a bigger apartment away from the noise but within same complex soon.Our neighbors are amazing, so friendly.I love that it is pet friendly and even has dog bags should you forget one and pòo can provided for us.The tenants visit at the picnic tables we felt very welcomed. We love the walking trails around the area and are close to everything in the beautiful city of Ramsey.
Really this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I do not recommended living here unless you want to be wrongfully accused of things and constantly smell weed throughout the halls at all times. It is always littered with trash around the grounds, community grills filled with cigarettes and parking lots that rarely get plowed or deiced in the winter. This winter I slipped and fell because the whole lot was straight ice, I ended up re-injuring a prior injury from the service. Of course, when I reached out about it nothing was ever said back and nothing was done. (I keep screenshots and pictures of everything) Manager is never on site so don't expect much. I have reached out to the budling owner and HR regarding this place along with providing information and screenshots of what we have been wrongfully accused of. I have spoken with numerous other residents who have experienced the exact same issues so clearly things need to be fixed. We move out this month and cannot be happier!
Noisy tenants - managers seem to take no control over/turn a blind eye too, who should be evicted, smells like pot, dogs constantly barking, and you will be charged for damages you were not responsible for. (Walk thru apartment with a fine tooth comb, because management will blame you for previous tenants issues, and charge you for them).
This is by far the nicest building I have lived. The property and building are well kept, clean and quiet! The manager here (Sara) is extremely helpful and always available when needed. She takes care of all of our needs no matter the time of day. I like that the management is on site too! Maintenance is handled in a timely fashion. We love the size of our apartment and the washer/dryer in our apartment is great!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
very nice apartments, not many amenities tho. they try and stick ya' for carpet shampooing -$35 ,in the end, do not fall for that.. even if it's in the lease. it's unlawful. the landlady Sharon is very sweet.. and the only thing is, it's so far from grocery store. nice apartment!
Nice quiet building in a good neighborhood. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Close to a major highway but far enough away you don't hear traffic constantly. Very pleasant apartments overall.
