Terrace Apartments

I am a current resident. They closed one of their parking spots in mid November 2023 due to building repair. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot since then and you have to deal with this situation on a daily basis. We were notified that works were going to take 2 months and it has been two months now already and they are not even 10% into what they planned to do. They have a crew of 2 to 3 people working on the repair. Instead of bringing a bigger crew to get the job done in a short period of time, they decided to be cheap and use a crew of 2-3 people and make the life of resident miserable.

This complex is amazing specially for students, it's very quiet, safe, and friendly. I had an awesome overall experience while living here. Totally recommended.

I feel fortunate to call this place home! It has exceeded my expectations! The price, quality, and location can’t be beat! It has everything I want (e.g., pool, balcony, updated laundry facility, and workout room). The property manger (Marie) is also a major asset. She makes you feel right at home and does whatever she can to make the move in process smooth! I absolutely love it here!

This apartment is just the right size and conveniently located. Also, did I mention the view is amazing. After apartment searching for months, I moved into the Terrace Apartments August of 2020. The main factor in deciding to go with these apartments over many others was the property manager, Marie. She is amazing and her communication is second to none. She and Mr. Ruben (the maintenance man) do their best to attend to every need in a timely manner. The other residents are very pleasant and the area is pretty quiet. All in all it is a great place to stay!

I recently moved in Terrace apartment. My one bedroom is very nice, with beautiful sunsets and views on UAB. Marie the landlord is the sweetest person ever. She responds quickly and is always available.

This has been the best apartment I have ever been in. It has amazing views of the city and sunset. The location is close to downtown but still away from the chaos of the city, with olenty of parking. Neighbors are friendly. Marie, the property manager, is super sweet, helpful and very considerate. She made the transition for me to this apartment smooth. Also, she makes sure any issue is addressed as soon as possible. I am happy to be part of this apartment community.

Apartments are nice and cozy, very good for the price. The views are astounding. I didn’t give them much considering when looking at the place, but ever since living here, I found that it is an amazing asset. I spend a bunch of time on my sofa staring over the city and watching the sunsets. It’s great Property manager has been super helpful with packages, even bringing them in before I moved in to keep them safe. Washing machines have been replaced to accept credit card, which is awesome Parking is sloped, which is a bit scary but works well. Good walk to UAB, although the hill can be killer on the way back

My experience with Terrace Apartments crossed all my expectations. Especially with my previous bad experiences with other renting companies. These apartments are absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking! It's quiet - walls made from bricks, so you don't need to worry about your neighbor waking you up in the middle of the night! It's walking distance to Five points (7 min) and UAB (15-20min). BUT, this place wouldn't be the same without Marie, who is a property manager. She is very kind and always ready to help. She is a good person. I definitely recommend this place with all my heart! The maintenance is always working the next day if possible. I love living here ?? WE just got new washers and dryers (Apple and google pay friendly!). The list of pros of living here is endless. Come see by yourself.

I have been here for 2 years and this is a great place. Close by to UAB, Regions Field ,a short drive to Legions Field. great places to eat near by. If you need medical care that too is close .They just adding new laundry machines. In the summer the pool is always clean. New outside lights have been added this summer.All in all you can't find a nicer place. Marie and Ruben are at your service, both are very friendly to talk to.

I've loved here for a year now, and it's great. Marie is the nicest landlord ever and maintenance quickly fixes any issues you have. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to UAB and nice food places. The apartments are also nice and spacious.

I love these apartments!! I lived in a studio and had the best views night after night. Marie, the manager, was always quick to text back whenever their was an issue. She even set up a local band to perform in the parking during the pandemic, which was Such a treat after such a long quarantine.

Love love love this apartment building and the people! The view of Birmingham is AMAZING!! Just absolutely breath taking! Very nice and clean apartments. The office manager, Marie, was just as amazing as the view. She was so friendly and very professional from the beginning. She called me back right away and was always there for questions or concerns I had! She made me feel right at home!

I recently rented at apartment at Terrace Apartments and love my apartment. The manager, Marie was so helpful and made me love the property before I ever officially moved in. The application process was quick and effortless. The day of move in, Marie had all paperwork ready so it didn’t take long to get everything finalized. My apartment was awesome, clean and such a beautiful view. If you ever need a new place to live, you should go see Marie and let her help you like she helped me.

Living here is easy! The staff is amazing! Marie, the manager, is incredibly nice and informative! She was always quick to get back to me and always prepared to answer my questions. Rubin, the grounds keeper is also a hoot and super easy to get along with. The grounds are kept in pristine condition too, which is a huge plus. The staff in combination with the amazing views makes for a no brainer!
