The move in deal and state of the apartment was also very convenient given my circumstances, the previous tenant and maintenance took very good care of the unit I chose so there was very little that needed to be done.

Patrick, we have gone to your apartment every time you have called us about this. In every case, the lock has worked just fine. I'm not sure why you are having trouble, but we have tested the lock and the key numerous times.
Most of your techs are actually very good. I just like the tech that came out cause he’s good at what he does. And He’s nice, n my cat likes him. Lol

Been living here for over a year now and it has been a super pleasant experience thus far. The staff made it very easy to apply and know what our options were as far as available units. Neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors we have met seem nice and friendly. Location is great, with proximity to multiple grocery stores and other points of interest. And we can see some mountain tops from our balcony/bedroom.

Management doesn’t communicate well with residents. I had random fees tacked onto my monthly rent that we were not informed about and had to ask what the fees were after we had already been charged. Community issues don’t seem to be taken seriously and there’s a lack of community in the complex. Community amenities are not suited for community needs and there are several issues that need to be resolved including broken sidewalks and lamps. I am always satisfied with the performance of maintenance. They always respond quickly and are very kind.

the people that work here are nice but the apartment is over prced and nothing works right inside, like the washer and dryer bounce all over the place when they are running and the over heats the whole house up back and the freezer does not always work, and the main doors do not closed properly and let out a lot of cool air in the summer and hot air in the winter.

Terra Vista at the park is great so far. Moved in last week and had a few maintenance things we needed fixed, both got fixed immediately with no problems. The staff is great! Friendly, attentive, professional and extremely helpful. Andre and Trinity are the only people we have met so far and they are amazing! Andre gave us the apartment tour and helped us with signing lease and everything, Trinity was here on the day we got our keys and was great also. The apartment is overall really nice! We only toured one other place before signing, knew it was the one immediately! Great find, great prices & super nice! Our apartment is newly renovated with brand new carpet and counter tops. Washer and dryer are a little small but no complaints! In unit was a must for us and was not easy to find for a good price, until we found terra vista. Plus the location! We moved from Seattle and I thought I wanted to be in downtown Denver but was overwhelmed when walking around for the first time. Littleton seemed like a better match as it is more calm and smaller downtown area. We are 1 mile away from downtown & super close to grocery store, coffee, parks, restaurants, basically everything you need is within minutes. So happy we found this place.

Terra Vista is a nice place with a good location in Littleton. It may not have all the bells and whistles but the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the community itself is full of good people. If you're looking for someplace that is conveniently located to get around the city, but also maintaining a smaller, local, friendly feel to it, this is a great place to be.

Terra Vista at the Park is a great community located in a great area of Littleton. The front staff and management team are nice and respectful. There is easy access to a lot of the amenities located within the community as well.

At first I was worried about renting from a corporate rental company but it turns out it’s terrific. Work orders are completed quickly, rent payment process and package locker system run very smoothly and everyone in the office and on the maintenance team are fantastic.

Office and maintenance staff are wonderful, parking is easy, dog spaces are good, but the walls are very thin and the ducts make a lot of noise.

Terra Vista has been so helpful and efficient in the process of my moving from my home of 54 years. ALL the staff have gone above and beyond to see that my move here has been as easy as it is possible for it to be for an old lady who has had to change her life in a period of 8 weeks.

Been living here for almost 3 years and overall it has been very pleasant. Location is great and except for some minor things, crime is low. The pet friendliness is a huge bonus, and the front office staff are pleasant. Maintenance respond quickly.

Terra Vista is a great place to live, Ive had an awesome experience here.
This is a wonder apartment community. Super safe and pet-friendly. Everyone is nice, and the management is very helpful.
Terra Vista is a good apartment complex and the people are nice.
Terra vista is close to a lot of beautiful parks and is dog friendly and the maintenance team is awesome and always got back to us in 24hrs. But, the walls are pretty thin if you decide to rent, rent on the top floor but expect the people below you to hate you if you have loud feet. Also the appliances are not the best but everything always worked.
