Seems great until your air conditioner breaks. Then you'll go through weeks of them gaslighting you telling you it works fine while you continuously send proof that it's 88 degrees every night. They would not put us in a liveable apartment in the mean time and they would not compensate the offer $400 electric bill we got for the AC working overtime to try to cool the place. In addition, I went to the office to discuss it and the worker was sitting there with the door locked ignoring everyone. They denied it even though it was on camera.They eventually fixed the AC, but it was hot for the whole month of July. Other than that there's not good noise insulation, but the apartment itself is spacious for a reasonable amount of rent.

Nice and spacious apartments. Large parking spaces. Noise volume is good. It’s not a noisy area during the day or night . A train passes by about once a night or so but it’s not for long. The train isn’t a big deal. Overall, great apartments to live in!

Pretty nice, just not as pictured. The community seems nice and quiet, I wish the hot tub actually got hot but I’m happy to have a pool so close.

9 years at this location nothing had changed but the rent amount in the last 2 years. Everything you need is not to far a good walking distance. Lightrail isn't that far as well.

The only things thats semi okay with the apartment it the outside look of it . Everything kinda sucks drawers coming out so easily and all they tell you is " there's nothing we can do that its a old apartment ". Shower rods put in half fast. The quality of the apartment isnt really worth the money. Especially since they add on extra fees and payments with your knowledge like 150$ more.

They get back to you fast. They are really nice people in management. The grass is always green. Very well taken care of. The pools are always clean. Security guards are always on the lookout. Gym area is always open. Inspections are a bit of a hassle but necessary to keep the maintenance up.

The police are called here a little more often than they should be. Lights shouldn’t be left on overnight with empty apartments. The staff is the main redeeming quality. The phone never works and water is turned off too often WITHOUT notice.

I give Terra Vida 4 star because of how homey it feels to me. Although I will be having to move from here, I would stay without a hesitation otherwise! Very quiet, private, and staff is always accessible. The star that is missing represents bigger things that I'm sure the property management must control. But for what staff and maintanence are able to do day to day, is truly appreciated.

The community is relatively well maintained, but the front office struggles to complete even the most basic of tasks. Also, the gym is completely useless and no one uses it because of that.

Move-in was seamless and easy. Trying to get a storage room is not so easy! Actually, it never happened. After a month of waiting for items needing to be stored, I just rented outside the complex.

The office staff is always friendly and when ever I have a issue they try their best to resolve it, especially after it rains all the bugs and spiders come out.. They made sure that pest control was aware of the problem.

With the office under new management and the maintenance staff shortages the response level is horrible. You ask for maintenance call it now takes weeks to get completed and not just one person it takes several maintenance men to complete one order. The ladies up in the front are amazing and I understand they only have so much they can do and must be approved from higher management to get approved but the response time is months. Not a great feeling when you pay your rent on time and they can't respect you.

I haven’t had any problems so far with my place.My a/c was definitely faulty when I first moved it but maintenance took care of the issue. I will say, at night there are stragglers that come through. In the back of the apartment there’s a canal and a wall that could easily be jumped. Other than that, overall quiet place

I have been living here about a year and a few months. Sadly this will be my last year here but I can say that I have loved every minute of living here! The staff had been very nice to me and Maintenance has done a great job at keeping everything in order. They have taken a few days some times but it gets done and I’m sure they go in order of importance but over all I’ve had a great experience!

Been having issues since we moved in, 3 flooding incidents. There are now holes in our ceiling due to it. Maintenance guy is cool, but they don’t have enough maintenance help there and it causes bad customer service on their part because theres always one problem or another.

Upon move in, we had a huge cockroach colony in our apartment. The complex was quick to spray our unit, I will give them that. They were shocked to even hear we had a roach problem, which was surprising! The spray didn't even touch the colony. We've set tons of our own traps and bait. We have been here for over 3 months and are finally starting to see less critters! This has been quite disgusting, and we are clean people. Other than their roach problem, maintenance has been quick to resolve requests. Overall the community is kept clean and tidy. I do feel that our neighbors are disrespectful with noise quite often. Finding parking is a breeze, which is also a plus! We are mostly happy here just did not appreciate the warm welcome of critters and having to deal with them for so long! The complex needs to be aware of that because there's no way we are the only unit with them considering how long it's taken to simply reduce their presence! Overall,would recommend.

We made our apartment feel like home. We’ve met some of our neighbors and became friends. The only thing I would say is being so close to the train tracks, we hear it at all hours of the night.

The experience has been a challenge, the maintenance request do not get completed when they state they will have have them scheduled. I have went in the office and made appointments with each manager and yet still waiting for my maintenance request to get completed.

Overall very good, some minor issues like broken cabinets but was quickly fixed by maintenance. Seems to be clean and quiet, and very responsive staff in the front office. Parking is abundant and residents are respectful of keeping their apartments clean.
