They do not respect their tenants. Anytime you ask the leasing office for help the staff acts dismissive towards you.

Overall I love living here. Some of the residents arent the best but I think the building does everything it can within the bounds of the law to make sure they are courteous to the majority of residents that know how to behave in an apartment building community.

I absolutely love coming home everyday! Our building is always so well maintained by porters and every floor smells AMAZING!! this is very important for interior hallways and I'm so happy it always smells so fresh and clean. The office staff is great and extremely helpful, they are always so quick to get any request done within 24 hours. I love my home!

Love my building: Easy access to major highways, off-street parking is a life saver, courteous neighbors with many being dog owners so enjoy seeing all the happy pups! My studio is a creative, quiet space in a vibrant part of the city. Would definitely recommend!

I genuinely appreciate the staff here and how responsive they are. Moving in and getting situated was easy enough as the hallways are large and easy to navigate when carrying in larger objects. With three elevators you're never waiting very long, and they'll reserve one for you on your move in day. They were very strict about the parking garage and parking passes. You have 3 guest passes a month, but they have to be printed off and on the dashboard of the visiting vehicle, which is not exactly the easiest feat when you don't have a printer. My friends usually just found street parking and I never ended up using a guest pass. The first time we tried the guest pass, the app was finicky and we didn't print it off. The car was there a few hours and they towed it. So we really just never attempted it again. Considering we pay $250 for two parking spaces and the garage is never full, you'd think they'd have some sort of pay for temporary visitor parking pass concept.
Overall, I have had an excellent experience with 10th & G. The complex is clean and the leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and reliable. With COVID, most community wide information has been communicated swiftly through email, but we were still allowed to discuss things in person at the leasing office. Its a good priced apartment for the location and quality of the apartment, no complaints from me there.
10th and G is a fantastic place to live. I love how it is so close to everything in the city. I save on gas because everything is walking distance for me. Maintenance and front desk are very friendly and helpful.

I moved in about a week ago and I have to say everything is beyond my expectations. The parking is spacious, safely underground, 2 way traffic, never full. The amazon hub installation in the garage level 1 is accessible 24/7 and safe. Valet trash is an exceptional bonus on top of the already convenient infrastructure. The entire building is fob accessible only and incredibly safe. All hardwood floors are pristine, I can walk around all day barefoot no problem. All my stainless steel appliances/washer/drier work as intended, item of note is the gigantic microwave above the stove can fit an entire domino's medium pizza box. The refrigerator is clean and all the door rails are solid and the freeze box has an ice maker (didn't even know that when I signed the lease). The weather is kind enough here that I can keep the windows open 24/7 and not be too cold/warm. Street noise level is negligible and I have yet to hear from a single neighbor. The beautiful ladies at the front desk are helpful, knowledgeable and nothing but kind since the first time I called to inquire. I highly recommend this location, it is literally on the left as you get out of Balboa Park southbound. Incredibly walkable, downtown surrounding, 1 block away from a grocery store.

I have a huge balcony and I wish I had a way to hook up my hose to be able to clean and use of water. Also, you should provide a service to clean my tall windows. Window cleaning should be for all residents and not just for those with out balconies.
I love this place. Jennifer and Paula are so helpful. The location can't be beat and everyone who comes to visit remarks on how cool the building is. I'm so glad 707 Tenth is my first home in San Diego.
We have loved our home here since the day we moved in! This apartment building is centrally located to our favorite grocery store, restaurants, parks, and entertainment. We are newlyweds, getting our feet on the ground, so it's great to be able to walk places and live simply. The building is really well-maintained, very secure, with great amenities and wonderful staff. We love the homey but industrial feel of the place and the rooftop view is hard to beat.
