My overall experience is satisfying. The breezeways can be cleaner and need a paint job. I love my apartment. I feel peaceful and content when I am at home ,in my surroundings however more attention to the things I mentioned would make life more satisfying.

Average Complex with Staff that is excellent but handcuffed by corporate greed.
My home is comfortable and spacious, except for my neighbors who don’t follow protocol such as keeping the garbage bags in the cans and cleaning up after themselves it’s great living here.

My move in was excellent, there were no issues with the apartment except the counters in the bathroom and kitchen are cracked.

Ten45 Suwanee community is easily a class above many other places. It’s unique location hidden away, off one of the most recognizable streets in GA, Old Peachtree Rd, but so near to any & everything being so close to Interstate 85..a plus no matter how you slice it. Another big value is the community itself..it’s beautiful with great lighting & fixtures.. The biggest standout however are the ones who keep the property running at optimum levels, and I’m speaking about the maintenance team & the leasing team..that’s it .that is why Ten45 is the place To be..I’m having a ball…

I’ve been a residence now for about six months. I love it here at 10:45. The maintenance is awesome. I love the staff here. Miss Erika does a wonderful job at running things. I’ve never been so happy living in any apartment community before.

I am relocating from Dallas to Atlanta in October, I was recommended to Ten45 Suwanee from a Co-worker who has a family member who lives here. I was giving nothing but great reviews so I couldn't wait to call. When I called, I spoke with Erica I believe, after calling several other Apartment communities in the Gwinnett area. She was so helpful she gave me so much great information about this community, it really made me want to see more. This place is clean and luxurious. Employees are kind and professional. However, the gate of the apartment is inconvenient and it is inconvenient to go to pick up the package. It is an apartment with a structure that is difficult to carry heavy luggage.

A nice place to start a life and be amongst people on a community. It has a calm atmosphere and a lot of family fun! The staff is very observant and responds extremely well to your needs. They care, it shows!

While the amenities may be nice, the staff is horrible. When it was the Heights at Old Peachtree when it first opened, I loved living here. After they sold and became Ten45 and got horrible staff, I couldn’t wait to leave. They don’t treat residents like people but instead like money. They’re rude, arrogant and incompetent. I made the best decision when I didn’t renew my lease after 2 years.
The professionalism among all management is a cut above the rest.
All of the staff here a SO AWESOME! They really are. Best in town.

I call Ten45 Suwanee home. I have been living here for the past three years without any safety or security issues. The apartments are very comfortable and the facilities on the property are top-notch. The ladies at the leasing office are very polite, friendly, and like family. They are always ready and willing to assist residents. Shout-out to Ismet (maintenance crew member), he's patient and very hardworking. Thank you to the Ten45 Suwanee management team for their continued assistance.

Since moving in at Ten45, I felt at home immediately! The leasing staff made me feel very welcome. They walked me to my unit after giving me the keys and gave me a little welcome gift and I thought that was super sweet of them and I really appreciated that. They answered all of my questions and were very nice! I love my unit especially the built in desk and the balcony view from the 3rd floor is so beautiful! I’m so glad I get to call this place home!
