Property Ratings at Ten35 West
Appliances are cheap, repairs are frequently needed but not done correctly, the pool is always gross. These units are not worth what they’re charging. Even the landscaping is falling apart.
It’s good except the buildings are built very thin. Highly recommend living on the top floor, because every step can be heard from the lower levels. It can be a little anxiety inducing but everything else is fine.
Walked the property today with Rhiannon and met Apoo. Very nice ladies & BEAUTIFUL complex. Beautiful location and extremely quiet. Good price & amenities included. Temp controlled garage is everything.
We’ve been living here for several years and it’s been a great experience the whole way! Something that really stood out for us personally is that ten35/TRM has a realty team that will work with you to help you buy a house when you decide to transition out of renting! We just bought our first home with their expert help and we couldn’t be happier! The cool thing too is that if you use their realtor team and close on a house, they’ll work with you to end your lease early with no fees! They even have suggestions on what banks and credit unions to contact for a reasonable house loan, they have a professional site to track houses that meet your needs/wants and they’ll help you craft a strong offer when you find a house you love! The apartment complex itself is also super nice for the (affordable price), with a pool, exercise center and clubhouse you can book for private events like parties or meetings! Apoo is also the sweetest, most personable property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and is a real treasure to know! At least come tour the available apartments, you won’t regret renting here!
I've been living here for a few months and I really just love it. The buildings are nice, kept well and I never hear my neighbors. The grounds keepers do a great job especially during the winter. I am excited for the pool to open up soon, I'll be there all summer!

I have lived with TR McKenzie for 3 years and have loved it. the property managers are incredibly helpful and nice. The apartments themselves and the common areas are beautiful. For the few maintenance issues we've had, the maintenance staff is timely, communicative, and very productive.
We love living here! There are so many amenities to offer including a pool, fitness center, yoga room, community room, coffee station, etc. They also have pet friendly options which is super nice! The apartment itself is clean with nice appliances, and have never had any problems. The property manager is very friendly and responds to any questions or concerns promptly!
Apartments are clean and very big, views are great with fields on three sides of the complex and small houses on the last (south) side. The buildings have thick walls that keep noise out, and maintain heat well in both winter and summer. Water pressure is great, the water tastes clean, heating and AC work perfectly, and most buildings have an elevator. There's indoor parking for the winter, a pool (no hot tub), and mini gym with dumbbells, a bench, a cable station and a yoga(?) room for those weird aerobics people who don't lift. The north side now has a sidewalk to a large community due to recent construction, if you're want to go for a run. Lastly, the (landlord?) is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend overall.
My husband moved here in April and we love it! The updates are awesome and the rent is affordable. The amenities are great too, the pool, tanning bed, yoga area. We've also rented out the clubhouse which is great for hosting a get a together! We're in the process of looking to buy a home and this company even helps with that! Highly recommend Ten35west and TR Mckenzie properties in general!

I moved in here a week ago and I love it. The place is beautiful. Great pool. Karla is the property manager and is awesome! They have a well kept grounds, great workout facility and always seem to be doing things to improve the residents' time here whether it be the occasional apartment pool party/outing, adding outdoor fire pits and places to hang out or the seemingly constant rent incentives. Great spot! -David
