This is a beautifuly placed community. The location is perfect. Right by everything you’d need schools, restaurants, and conveniently right by the highway. i definitely recommend this property if you are currently apartment hunting.

I moved in almost a year ago and this is a great place to live. I have never had any problems with management or anything. Maintenance is always timely and the location is perfect i definitely recommend checking them out

It's close to everything and including all of the major highways. I can easily get to 675, 75 and 35. They have been doing a lot of improvements too.

I have lived here for about a year now and I love it. I plan on renewing my lease when it's up. The 1 bedroom is a perfect fit. I haven't came across really any issues but I broke my blinds and needed a replacement. maintenance was there the next day and changed them out. Leo and Jon are both great!

These apartments are in a perfect location. They’re in Centerville school district and close to everything. There’s also a 24 hour gym, Starbucks coffee and they are building a brand new pool.

The newly remodeled clubhouse is gorgeous and so are the apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful I enjoy visiting them and getting a cup of Starbucks coffee while I’m there.

I put a work order in online & within 10 minutes the property manager came over. He let me know that maintenance was unavailable but he would make the repairs himself. It is nice that they are on top of things.

1 minute ago The prices which they will make you sign during the lease stage of the renting process is not the prices that they advertise on the internet for their specific units and bedrooms. The tours they give potential clients are not the actual units you will be residing in. I know many tenants who were not shown or given the OPPORTUNITY to see the unit they would actually be renting. I myself asked and was DENIED for the reason that the unit needed to be "turned" and when I saw the unit was moritifed at how unsanitary it was. This place has underhanded business ethics and immoral business practices. Not an apartment complex you want to be a resident of at all.

I am blown away by the remodeled apartments at this apartment community. The pool is huge and even has a life guard on duty and clubroom is awesome with a really nice fitness room.

I love my new townhome. It is so cozy. I have the perfect amount of space. I love having wood floors rather than carpet. I work 2nd shift which gives me time to spend at the pool. I am so happy with my decision to live here. So far I love everything about it.

Way overpriced for what they’re charging for rent. Zero privacy from neighbors (thin walls) and with the shared hallway, you hear everything. It is close to restaurants but it’s not for us

I just toured the apartments. I was extremely happy with what I seen. There is the perfect amount of space in the apartment. It is very beautiful. Everything is brand new. They are pet friendly. I couldn't imagine not having my dog so this is perfect for me. The apartment is just down the road from my job so the location is exactly what I am looking for. I applied for the apartment. I am anxiously waiting for the approval so I can get moved in. I am very excited about my decision.
