Tempo Cambridge

Moving into this apartment has been a pretty positive experience overall. The unit itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a layout that feels comfortable for day-to-day living. The community is generally quiet, and I appreciate the secure entry and well-lit hallways. Maintenance has been responsive so far—any small issues I noticed during move-in were fixed quickly. The location is definitely one of the highlights; it's close to grocery stores, cafés, and public transit, which makes errands and commuting a lot easier. Noise levels are usually low, although occasional hallway sounds are normal. Overall, it’s a nice place to live if you're looking for convenience, decent amenities, and a clean, functional space. I’m happy with the decision so far and feel it offers good value for the area.

The ladies at the leasing office and the building repair team are truly great. They are all helpful in getting things done. I would list them as the best feature of Tempo.

Tempo is the best place to live because of how dog friendly they are, and how close to public transit they are as well...I would recommend to anyone!

We have lived at Tempo for over 3 years, and it really is a fantastic place to live, very pet friendly, and great public transporation options!

So far enjoying the experience :) Just a few minor maintenance issues upon moving in but nothing too major. Package system is very nice as well as the amenities. Noise control is surprisingly great!

Tempo is a great apartment community. It's super new, so the units, facilities, amenities, etc. are all in good condition. The staff are helpful and courteous. And the location is fantastic. Parking is limited, and that's really the only drawback I've seen.

Clean and updated apartment units, and so many amenities! Everyone is respectful of common spaces and there is a cleaning crew that picks up the rest. Very limited parking spaces outside, and the monthly parking fee is super high.

The location is a huge plus — it’s close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops, which makes getting around and running errands super convenient. My apartment itself is bright, comfortable, and well-designed, with quality finishes and a layout that feels spacious.

Clean, quiet place with easy access to Alewife station. Bevi machine, gym, lots of tech throughout the building. $250 for parking. Very high ceilings.

The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. The common space are kept clean and are welcoming. There are numerous spaces to lounge around inside and outside. The location is wonderfully close to Alewife and makes for easy parking for guests. The park behind the building has walking paths through greenery, which can be difficult to find so close to a city. The gym has fantastic equipment and studio space to fit anyone's needs. The apartments are surprisingly spacious and block sound from nearby route 2, so there is still peace and quiet when there is traffic outside. It is expensive to live here, but there are many perks and comforts that come with leasing here.

Fantastic experience living at Tempo Cambridge...its a very clean property with ton's of parks and is very dog friendly. I would highly recommend!

This is a great property. It's less than a mile from Alewife in an area with lots of investment. The units are good quality and new. The finishes are attractive and the amenities generous. The office staff are easy to work with and move with urgency. The one downside is driving. There's only 1 way in or out and it gets backed up at rush hour. And parking is limited. If you have frequent guests or multiple cars, it can be limiting. Other than that, there are 0 headaches here!

Maintenance crew is amazing and come quickly to fix any issue inside the apartment or even if a complain is submitted for the common areas. They keep the apartment and surrounding area pleasant for the residents.

The experience has been generally positive! The apartment is nice and staff are friendly. I wish the parking was better organized so I could park in my building and that there was more availability for guest parking.

Tempo Cambridge is a great place to live. Great location to the red line, high quality units, and helpful, courteous management. I'm looking forward to the warm weather when the amenities will also be a big perk. What would I like to see change? More parking and more access in and out of the community (both pretty difficult to change given the space).

Great staff, nice neighborhood, good amenities. The mailroom could be more organized. Signs for new drivers to not block the entrance to the parking garage while waiting / unloading.

Folks seem nice. Wish there was more guest parking spaces. Also wish communication with Leasing office was a bit more consistent. But overall nice place

Have lived here for 6 months. Everthing is truly great. Management and maintainace are really repsonsible and timely. Hope the rent will not be raised too much and I will be happy to renew for one more year.

Friendly staff, good amenities, clean building. The maintenance crew is great and always helpful. The management recently started doing neighborhood events which are a welcomed addition.

The team at Tempo is and we have really enjoyed the community. The amenities also are really enjoyable and accessible. There is a bowling alley for residents that serves as a great hangout and hosting spot

I’ve enjoyed living at Tempo ! I previously lived in Boston but wanted to downsize and stumbled upon tempo and I haven’t been disappointed - from the bowling alley and the pool my kiddos enjoy in the summer! My neighbors have been really welcoming as well and have little convos here and there too, it’s a nice family friendly community

The move was so smooth which the staff helpen in making it that was Samia is amazing. Helped me a lot. The requests are answered very quickly Really happy that I moved here.

The apartment is great! I love the architecture style, there's a good amount of sunlight and the location is great. The windows could open more (they can be open but just a tiny bit) yet I understand that's the standard for many apartments in the region.

I really like living here - the maintenance team is friendly and resolves issues quickly and the apartment is comfortable. I appreciate the easy access to the Minuteman Trail. The only piece of feedback is visitor parking - there isn't a lot of space for visitors and it's necessary to ask for a parking pass days and sometimes weeks in advance.

So far, I'm hopeful about Tempo. There were some issues with move-in but everyone in the main office has been fantastic about making it right. The location is fantastic and the units are similarly well appointed. The amenities are out of this world and the rental rate is highly competitive, even with the parking fee. I would recommend taking a tour.

The amenities, like the gym and rooftop terrace, are a nice bonus. There haven't been any major issues, and I’m really enjoying my stay here. Looking forward to seeing how things go moving forward!

So far the neighbors have been kind and the staff have been helpful. The property is very nice, although bring lots of personal decorations as the white walls give the apartments a highly sterile feeling.

Good place to stay, nice neighborhood. Amenities are awesome. Staff is helpful. Only thing, the mail room is not very organized , its difficult to find parcels.

Great neighborhood! Alewife reservation park is located 5 min away from the apartment. Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods are located only 5 min by drive. Good connectivity to commute to Boston.

Apartment is nice. I have a little problem with being pet friendly. Dogs pee all over the hallway carpet area and it starts stinking after a couple of days, specially around the elevator area.

The office staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance is usually quick and solves the issue efficiently. The apartment is full of light and there is a beautiful park behind the building.

Tempo is an amazing place to live in Cambridge. Since everyone signs a year-long lease and there are no sublets, it feels like a place where you can build community and get to know the neighbors. Our family loves living here!

Tempo Cambridge is a great community. The leasing staff is really caring and makes it a personable experience for residents. The amenities are also amazing and we are right next to the alewife T stop and the alewife brooke trail.

The staff and leasing office have shown utmost professionalism and have assisted me with preparing for my move. They have made the transitioning process go along very smoothly.

The management team at Tempo is fantastic. They're always friendly and prompt in addressing any maintenance requests I've had. The location is perfect for me - it's close to the train station but still feels quiet and residential. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience living at Tempo. Although the parking situation is bad, the apartment building is nice with decent amenities.Also, management is generally responsive to our concerns.

I really enjoy living at Tempo! The apartment has everything I need - the laundry machines and other appliances are top notch and maintenance is usually quick when there is an issue. The common spaces are clean and have a lot of natural light. The only downside is parking; getting a permit for visitor parking is tedious and permits are not available above two consecutive days.

Moving in has been an easy experience with the Tempo staff. I was able to get my keys, a tour and other necessities immediately. The space is nice and always kept clean.

Cannot say enough good things about the Tempo Cambridge community. The staff onsite is always helpful and my maintenance requests are always addressed in a timely manner. The clubhouse and gym are kept clean at all times. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Would recommend to anyone looking for a managed apartment community along the Red Line!

I love this building! The leasing manager is so helpful and always make it feel like home. The amenities are unbeatable as well. Having a pet wash station is a game changer. i cant wait until summer so I can use the grills and pool. So glad I chose Tempo!

I very much enjoy living at Tempo. It is very clean and the pet friendly community is great too. We are excited to resign our lease this coming fall.
