Property Ratings at Temecula Creek Villas
I lived there for two years with really no issues. I gave them plenty of notice that I was leaving. My apartment was clean when I left and they said they would get back to me on my security deposit. I call them and the file has gone to corporate that they have no information for me and I am told I now have to call corporate to find out about the deposit, even though I did not deal with corporate the whole time I lived there. They are good at taking you money up front, but communicating with me about my balance of my security deposit is a total joke. It has been one month now and still nothing. Also, be prepared for some hidden fees in the end that are not in your contract. There is a professional cleaning fee so they clean your apartment even if you clean it so don't bother. There is a carpet cleaning fee and then a fee to repaint the apartment. There is typically a wear and tear especially for painting and I should not have been charged a fee for this. Just be prepared to have problems when moving out with the security deposit.
We lived there for over 2 years and left the apartment in great condition. They kept our whole deposit and even charged us almost an additional $500. I took pictures of how I left the apartment and even asked to do a walk through with management. They said they would let me know when they would do a walk through, but never did. I called cannon management and left several messages and still have not received a response from them about the charges. Also, if you live there and want to use the pool just know that people who don't live there go here to swim. It is unfair to the tenants who pay rent.
