Appleton is a charming, green city located about 30 miles southwest of Green Bay. It straddles the Fox River at the north end of Lake Winnebago. In addition to a rolling, lush landscape with mature trees and river views, Appleton is a college town -- home to Lawrence University, a private liberal arts college founded in 1847. You'll find plenty of student traffic on College Avenue, which houses Lawrence University. However, more students live nearer to the University of Wisconsin in Menasha, to the south of Appleton city limits. The staff at this residence are wonderful and very helpful. I didn’t have a good experience with one of my roommates, but the property staff helped to resolve any issues we had.

My experience is okay. There’s been a little noise upstairs but it’s okay. I wish the pricing on the washer and dryer were lower though. That would be good.

False marketing, management failed to provide a full 24 hours notice before making entry into my apartment. Will put new roommates in apartment with no notice.

Community is really nice and people are kind. Apartments are really small for the price with 5 people living in it though. However, the amenities are nice

Rooms are decent, but way overpriced for a place that is student living. Not great amenities you have to pay for wash when you are already paying a ridiculous amount for the room. They expect you to pay more to park close to your apartment. The walls have some sort of moisture damage, at least in my room.

Great place and plenty of amenities. People are nice and it’s a great place to live during collage. Apartments are nice and comfortable and I’m glad to have a great place to come home to after school and work.

Its been really interesting. The walls are a bit thin but other than that the rooms are cozy, the bathroom is big and the neighborhood is so peaceful. I am loving it so far. The RA staff are so cool and have helped me a couple of times.

Pretty good. It's not perfect but it's livable and the community is nice. Could be better though. I kinda wish we could have pets like fish. Don't smell, easy to take care of, no disturbances.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, very nice rooms, great gym, free moving equipment that helps you move. Elevator is close to front door which helps moving.

The kitchen is perfect size and everything is in great condition! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the other residents are friendly as well! This is a great place to live.

It's a very nice apartment, just wish the bedroom was bigger. Also, there isn't enough cabinet space and there is no shelving in the pantry.

Everything is great except for the washer/dryer situation. You have to pay and sometimes they come out too wet, even out of the washer. Also if you lose your laundry card they charge you.

The area is very nice and quiet with friendly individuals. Schooling is available down the street, public transport spot is very close to the apartments and the park is very nice

It’s really amazing. There’s barely any noise and it is peaceful. Maintenance is also good. I also like that there’s a coffee station on the first floor.

Eh it was ok. Definitely could’ve been better. My roommates are great. I like the two RA I talk to. The rooms are kinda gross. You have to deep clean every other day.

When I went and tour at the college and housing everyone was so nice and polite. Overall so far it has been a wonderful experience in my life as I officially move in to tech village.

It’s really nice and quiet. The environment is also nice. I love that it’s quiet because it helps me think when I do homework in my room. I love it a lot.

The apartments are nice and the area of the apartment is in a nice place. The maintenance is really nice and helpful when you need stuff done.

My experience here was really good and enjoyable. The staff are really nice and helpful. I’m definitely going to renew my lease for the next year.

The amenities are great but got paired with a roommate that doesn’t clean up after herself and we’ve talk to her about it and she doesn’t care. I know it’s not managements fault but made it a bad experience.

I think Tech Village has a great location. It’s really close to College and also the bus service has a station at the side. I really like the staff because they are really friendly.

This is a decent place to live if your going to FVTC since its close, and right in the Appleton area. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good. The dryers never fully dry, dishwashers dont work half the time, minor mold growth, and they lock the side door at 7pm?? They never seem to half enough parking, but save your money, not worth the $25 a month when you can park 50 feet away for free. The walls are thin and it is a rather boring place. Don't expect any parties or events. The RA's must also have some sort of quota to meet when it comes to complaints/violations since they hand out noise complaints like theres no tomorrow. If you ask 100 people that live here if they like it, I bet 80 would say the same thing as me.

Overpriced, stinks all the time. People there were very rambunctious. The only thing enjoyable were some of the people I met and the RA, Lydia, has always been kind to me.

I love it here at Tech Village! Great staff, great people, great location, great place! All around a great experience being here! Being so close to Fox Valley Tech is one of the pluses of living here.

Tech Village is a good college dorm for Fox Valley. The amenities are great, they have a grill so you can have BBQ, a basketball, hoop, and a lot of fun games in the lounge. Such a great experience!

Great community of residents! Love the amenities. The workers are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of events to keep the residents from being bored and I would recommend to anyone looking!

I enjoyed the location. I didn’t like how there want enough parking for the residents and the place had lots of mold. It was loud and personally, too much like dorm life.

Amazing! Everybody in Tech Village were great people, I have a memorable experience over here. My memories are incredible.
