Located about 15 miles northeast of Downtown Baltimore by car, Overlea attracts Marylanders with its rolling hills and beautiful views. From my perspective it’s a good location. Quiet being adjacent to a park. Not too far from 695 and I-95. Plenty of local shops nearby. The grounds are well maintained. Fenced in dog park has been frequently used by me. Noise levels are a bit lower than traditional residential apartments. Maintenance staff and management are all top notch.

It’s been great so far , I’m enjoying living in my own , besides the loud walking and stomping above me I love my apartment me . It’s giving me a real time to relax.
I moved in in January and I love my apartment. Chrissy the manager helped me whenever I had questions. She was always available. Maintenance has a great turn around time.
My experience has been good. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The people are friendly. Maintenance was fast when I had a request they saw to it that my experience was good.
My apartment is severely infested with rats. I place that glue traps all over my apartment and then have to kill the rats when they get trapped. It's been a very unpleasant experience. The service response has been hostile. We were being blamed despite the fact that I keep my apartment clean. The numerous cracks and holes under my sink finally got filled so hopefully the entry point has been taken care of.
Love it here at Taylor Park Apts. Friendly management with great service. Maintenance is awesome and on the ball. My community people are friendly. We all get along with each other.

The applying process was very smooth. I was honestly surprised. The communication was great, all of my questions were answered promptly. The moving in was extremely smooth and overall a great experience. The walls are thin however I can tone out the extra noise.

It started out a struggle, however, it is coming along. My neighborhood is a bit noisy, but the people are nice, and the grounds are clean. My advice is to tour not only the apartment but the area before making a decision.
After 5 years, the apartments need Tobe painted. After checking around, with other apartments and their residents. They get a freshly painted apartment and carpet shampoo
I’m new here had some hiccups but so far I haven’t had any complaints. Can’t wait to see what the year will bring myself and family. Hopefully some great .

Flexible and communicative management. Works to meet residents needs as much as possible. Apartment and complex meets needs, but apartment had been smoked in previously.
It's quiet here and the neighbors are friendly. Spacious and love having our own washer and dryer. The apartments show their age though and really need more work done to keep them updated for the rent rate. Maintenance can be hit and miss with fixing issues so it feels like saving money is a priority over the quality of the rental.

So far so good. I had 2 emergencies that were responded to quickly. Speaking to Chrissy gave me a sense of relief as I was starting to feel like a pest. George the maintenance man was super helpful and were efficient with my concerns.

Chantel and Chrissy were great to work with in my search for a new place to call home. I looked at three other Morgan Properties sites and I chose Taylor Park because of their patience, knowledge and follow up. . Not only was I impressed by the unit size and amenities for the price, but you both Chrissy and Chantel were so professional and very helpful. Once I moved in the apartment was squeaky clean, almost as if no one ever lived there before me. When I put in for my maintenance request they were handled in a timely matter and resolved. My neighbors are nice and the grounds are kept clean and it's nice and quiet. The only down spot is it is a smoking community and I am not a smoker, so the smoke smell seeps through the vents, but other than that I think it is a good choice to call home.

Floor boards need to be redone. You can hear all movement overhead. Please work on it if you can.HVAC system could be replaced being that the buildings are old. Other than that I love my apartment home!

nice quiet neighborhood right on the city/county line and 695 for easy access downtown or to the parks in the county. Rent is very reasonable as we have looked around, even looked at houses, but can't leave the comforts of Taylor Park quite yet! been here 5 years

It’s ok not to long ago moved in and it’s taking forever for the maintenance/contractor to fix all of the problems I list for my apartment outside of that is a very quiet and clean neighborhood

My experience has been so-so. I think there needs to be a lot of changes to policies in place as well as amenities offered. The monthly rent is steadily increasing, but this community needs to be upgraded. There are several outdated features in the apartments.

I love living here, the property is kept up. Maintenance responds within reasonable time. They events for residents. I only wish we had secured front door entrance. And assigned parking without having to pay, because some residents have to vehicles, and visitors are taking up the parks.

I just became a new resident here. Apartments are very spacious and well kept up. I have no problem so far except for the air conditioning. No air get into the two rooms. It’s very hot. When I called maintenance they said my apartment is old so there is nothing that we can do. So I live in a apartment where there in no air conditioning in the bed rooms

Nice place to live with nice surroundings. They have good private park fir kids but gym for the adults is missing which is critical for the city like baltimore
Very dog friendly and accommodating they have a dog park and always make sure they can be included in the activities that they have with in the community
Quiet and clean, well maintained and quick to respond to any issues I may have. It’s let friendly and the grass is always clean of waste. The close by parks are such an added bonus for the younger children as well.
