Tates Creek Village

Been here for years, they are constantly nickel and diming you. Despite the greed, the laundry often doesn't work, the parking lot floods, the internet goes down constantly, and the rent will continue to increase. If you email the manager anything, she will just ignore you. For instance, my complaints about my $400 electricity bill and $85 spectrum bill. On top of this, there has been a massive increase in suspicious characters around the area, including a prostitute that propositioned my friends while they were leaving late one night. No one cares about this place or keeping it livable, find somewhere else.

I'm going to have to move because the poor insulation means my electricity bill is ridiculous, and a shady backroom deal with spectrum brought my internet bill from $35 to $80 (WHICH YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY, INTERNET IS $80 A MONTH HERE), and the manager just doesn't do anything. Some people pay $300-$400 for electricity a month here, and the washers and dryers are down a good amount of time.

This property is not managed at all and is not worth your time! But then they will charge you all these hidden fees on top of the high electric bills. Be prepared for no maintenance work to ever be done. Lawn never mowed and to never have contact with the office. One of the worst properties I have ever dealt with.

property is neglected. my apt has wires sticking out of the wall. doors don't close all the way. complex doesn't fix anything. gutters clogged creating a breeding ground for mosquitos. currently grass is over 2 feet tall and hasn't been cut in over a month

Love living here but the outside property is in horrible shape. Grass hans;t been cut this year and there is garbage all ver the property. Have emailed and never gottena response.

My husband and I have lived here for 5+ years. The pricing is affordable for Lexington and the staff are all very helpful!

Best place I’ve lived! Management is very friendly and professional. Maintenace is quick and efficient and they really care about the people that live here. The apartments are some of the biggest I’ve seen in Lexington. And it’s nice that there are 2 pools and a dog park!

The reason we moved to Tates Creek Village is because it offers very spacious apartments with lots of storage. We also like the fact that it's a townhome, so we don't have to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors

I have lived here since 1997. I really can't imagine living anywhere else.

We love living here, it's been a great first apartment experience. Our electric bill stays below 100 and (at max it's been about 100 and at min it's been 45) and all other bills seems fair as well. Work orders are filled quickly and the team is always super helpful with any questions we have.

Its such a peaceful place to live, and its close to everything we need. No more than 10 minutes to the mall, restaurants, and grocery stores.

I have not had one bad experience with management at Tates Creek Village. The few times which I have placed a work order the response by management and maintenance is always prompt and extremely professional. This really makes all the difference!

Excellent service, luxury, everything you need is near you, the calm and enjoyment of anyone who goes there.

Really quiet place to live for being located next to new circle. Feels like my neighbors are never home because its so quiet. I feel safe knowing that Kirklevington is not a very busy street. Plus there are even military vets, first responders and health care workers who live here. Very family friendly place. Management is a awesome team, Rachel is amazing helping people with current and present residents needs. Would definitely recommend people to come check out tates creek village.

Rona changed this place... Was awesome until it changed. Loud neighbors, multiple issues of firearms going off well into the AM, not enough parking, Contractors lied and made a ln issue take several months to solve.

Tates Creek Village at one time probably was a great place but now needs serious renovations. If you are looking for a place to live short term then its fine but long term I wouldnt waste the money. With the amount in rent you can find better quality somewhere else

Generally the almost one year I have lived at the village I'm satisfied in terms of overall maintenance and staff but in terms of fees especially gas I have always wondered that they are usually the same whether its winter or summer when I rarely use hot water yet KU bills significantly reduce from spring throughout summer. Also compared to other residential areas I think is a bit higher for a 2 bed-roomed since we have to pay sewage, water and gas which are excluded in most rentals around.

We love living here! It's cozy and everyone is very nice and helpful. It's our first apartment and in so glad it isn't a horror story experience like some people get elsewhere. :)

Rachel was absolutely fantastic. I found the apartment on a website, called, she answered all of my questions and sent me virtual tours of the apartments that fit my needs. And the next day, she followed up, and I applied, got approved, and moved in all in the same day. All thanks to her staying on top of all the paperwork and walking me through the process throughout the day. And, all of this was during the COVID-19 mess, and had to be done online and dropping paperwork outside the office, because no contact. Which i think deserves extra gold stars. The apartment I'm in perfectly fits my needs, it's in a very convienent location, very safe area, and extremely dog friendly. 100% reccomend. Especially if you're a single woman looking for a safe place, area is great, and it's well lit at night.

I'm relatively satisfied compared to the stories I have heard and experience from previous landlords.

Its a beautiful place to lived and the staff so helpful and friendly and service is good. The maintenance staff are quick with the improvements. Its a dreams for me cause I loved it here so peace and quiet and nobody bother you, staff is wonderful staff. Swimming pool so relaxing. Love its here.

The leasing and move-in process was quick and easy! Despite only having a few days to get everything together, the management staff goes above and beyond to make sure it gets processed by your deadline. I really appreciate everything they did to make sure I got into an apartment.

Overall the application process was pretty smooth. I wanted to move in by a certain date and the staff made it happen. Staff were very helpful, so far I love everything about it. Cannot wait to experience all four seasons here.

This is a very quiet and safe place to live. The staff are always very professional and quick to respond whenever I need something. The apartments are huge compared to the new properties. I have recommended this place to several friends and family members.

I currenty live here and every interaction that I have had with them has been nothing but helpful and plesant. When I first moved in they had a little care package and were very welcoming. I have been here for three months and I could not be happer. Any time I have had any maintanance issues they have taken care of them within 48 hours and have followed up. There was an issue with cigarette smoke but sealed off my vents and were adminet in ensuring that I was able to enjoy my apartment. I have never had any issues with noise and is a quiet area. I couldn't be more happy with my choice to live at tates creek.

The location is perfect and its just removed enough that traffic doesnt bother you. You are 10 minutes from the mall and 25 from down town at the most.

Love it so peace and quiet here the neighbors are very friendly.

At first the employees are nice but once you move in they dont even seem to know that they ever dealt with you. My apartment was rushed and for that there are a lot of unfinished work and they havent done much to correct it yet.

So far it's a nice, safe, quiet, place to live and we havent had any issues with pricing or utilities so we enjoy it alot and would recommend trying it out.

Tates Creek Village Apartments are very spacious apartments. The grounds are well kept and all the staff have been really nice to work with during our move in.would recommend these apartments to others.

I've been a resident for 21 years now. When PRG took over property the quality of service and professionalism has dramatically increased. Staff is always friendly.

This place has baby geese that walk around in the spring when I moved in!!!! The apartments are so nice, I was surprised that they were so nice!!!

My moving-in experience couldnt have been easier. I had been searching for an apartment that I could move in to right after college graduation and the people at Tates Creek did everything in order to make sure that was possible. I absolutely love it!
