Property Ratings at Tates Creek Crossings
They will keep charging you extra, dirty, property management is never constant. Don't even call they will not answer. Burgs every where in the apartment. No matter how you try to keep the place clean. I would give negative stars if I can
Went and toured the property, liked what we saw, and put in an application. Spent $105 in fees for myself and my family and then never heard from them again. Called several times and left messages that were not returned. Applied to another complex a week later and was accepted no problem. It’s crazy that I paid so much and then didn’t even rate a phone call or an email.
I went and toured the property and the apartments the staff was very nice and polite very welcoming I would recommend this property to anyone great safe place for adults and children. You rock Kendra
