Nestled in a valley between Black Mountain, Stewart Peak, and Bradley Mountain, resting along Snake River, Alpine is a small town with spectacular landscape views. Alpine features cabin-like homes and cozy apartments available for rent. Surrounded by natural beauty, outdoor recreation is extremely popular. A haven for nature lovers, Alpine is great for ice fishing, snowshoeing, and skiing during the winter. During the warmers months, Snake River and the Palisades Reservoir is used for boating, jet-skiing, fishing, and more. Surrounded by 360 views of mountainous terrain, hiking is also very popular. With Alpine taking up less than a mile, the community here is very tight-knit. When friends and family aren’t spending their time outdoors, they’re attending a community event or annual festivals like Winter Jubilee, a two-day celebration featuring fireworks, snow sculpture contests, and more.

Property Ratings at Targhee Place
Do not trust a place that went as far as having their Google page removed to hide how people really feel about living here. This place was a dump, an expensive dump. My rent was going up HUNDREDS of dollars at lease renewal with zero improvements. I was able to find a 1600 sqft 2 bed/2 bath with a garage that is practically brand new for nearly 400 less than what my new rent would have been at Targhee, a quarter mile down the road. This place offered zero value and the neighborhood was trashy. The A/C was nice so that's why they get one star. I still can't believe they removed their google listing. Dishonest. Run.

New management is horrible we got two feet of snow and they never even plowed the complex. My son almost broke his back doing it. They don’t fix anything they do absolutely nothing. Do not move in here.

Mary, You can imagine our surprise when Alpine received over 20" of snow in less then 24 hours. We were thankful that our snow contractor brought in a second vendor to help stay on top of the 20" of snow. I'm sorry you feel as though the snow removal was not done fast enough. It’s new management and they do absolutely nothing. Don’t fix anything and doesn’t keep the complex clean. Overpriced don’t move here
