The sunny and tree-filled city of Davis is probably most famous for being a college town -- this is, of course, the location of the University of California, Davis. This artistic city is filled with public art and murals -- it is also filled with bicycles. This beautiful city features several parks, a farmers market, and several festivals and events, making it a terrific option -- especially for those commuting into nearby Sacramento, which is just 11 miles east of Davis. Property Ratings at Tanglewood
I have been at Tanglewood @ Davis for several months and it has been very good so far. Nice pool makes our kids extremely enjoy this summer. Trees are beautiful and some squirrels play here and there. The concierges are very heartful and they response to my requests quickly. I am glad to be here Tanglewood!
Just want to help others getting to know a little bit before getting in this huge mess apartment. This property is owned by a company called FPI management!! They have a really hard leasing process which is a pain. They are running a huge construction. Strange people are using the pool amenities. No tennis courts or basketball court as advertised. Really rude manager. Robbery happens often. Trash all over the place.
