Property Ratings at Tamarlane Apartments, LLC
I moved into Tamarlane 5 years ago. It was a safe place for me to land while I put my life together after some serious medical issues forced me to sell my home. I loved that it was animal friendly, and set in the woods somewhat. I used to love seeing the deer wander through periodically. The apartment was comfortable, warm and I always felt safe. The parking was good and close to my unit, and in winter, the lot was kept plowed and sanded. I didn’t need maintenance very often, but when I did, they were timely, professional and fixed the issue quickly. All the management and maintenance staff were friendly and approachable. I have just moved out, and only because I was again able to buy a place of my own. Living at Tamarlane made it possible. I would recommend Tamarlane to anyone looking for a great place to live at a reasonable price.
Driving in I am coming home. My 704 sq ft one story apartment is beautifully laid out. Pool, laundry,fitness, pet park, staff office available onsite. Maintenance staff lives onsite. Public transportation easily accessible. My back yard is wooded paths to the ocean.Portland is a vibrant oceanfront city lifestyle.
