Tamarind Square

The apartment community seems nice. The outside is maintained and clean. The area is safe and there's a nice park near by to walk to. The parking is good. Multiple guest parking available at any given time day or night. Mail room is secure and clean. Leasing office is clean. Gym is clean.

The ants went away after a year and the plaza is pretty chill. It’s been a good experience. EV chargers are hard to get a turn with but it’s still nice that they’re there!

The work orders get attended to in one day. They communicate all the details if needed. Thanks.

This is a very quiet community not riddled with crime, break ins, or other problems that lots of other places are infested with. Feels peaceful to live in this little but beautiful stretch of land tucked away in this part of the valley.

We absolutely love living here! The community is quiet and park-like, and I love walking around the neighborhood. I love how close we are to freeways/public transit as needed, and the complex maintenance and staff have always been so timely with every request I've had. Thank you!!!

Tamarind Square is in a great part of town - close to 101, yet safe and quiet. This is a great community and the maintenance staff and front desk staff is always quick to answer any questions!

Communication has been excellent—emails are answered promptly, and the room tour was well-organized and informative, making me feel confident.

I think the only problem is staff gets to be replaced so quickly that we don't get a chance to know anyone, and make a relationship which foster a better environment for all of us. The present staff of chris manager and his crew are very friendly and great at what they do, we would love to keep them.

A great apartment complex for someone who is looking for a quiet space, in a safe neighborhood, and easily accessible! Feels so homey and a perfect blend of residents!

Move in was mostly smooth. I got a renter's insurance before the move in date (as i was asked to) but during the move in process on the website, i was also enrolled in yet another renter's insurance (which i have given a letter to the office to stop). There were some electrical and plumbing issues, which got addressed quickly. It is a bit confusing to use tamarid square website vs resident experience app vs bilt rewards vs community rewards. Other than these few things that can be improved, i like this place and so far so good.

The water pump next door is quite noisy, and the heating costs for the pool are rather expensive. Additionally, the promised welcome gifts were no longer provided after the manager's departure. Overall, the experience was just average.

The community is very nice but the ant infestation is pretty bad. If it wasn’t for the ants it would be 5 stars. Maybe not all the units are affected as badly as mine

Still a very amazing community. So many new things are getting renovated and it is exciting to have upgraded amenities. The staff is still marvelous and very helpful.

Very warm , comfortable and good service , I have been with Tamarind more than 7 years . I am happy in this community. I feel welcomed every time when I visit the office. Very clean , they always maintain the pool clean.

Great location - close to 101 but still in a safe and quiet neighborhood! Great views and quite place! Have resigned and plan on doing so again.

Really great place to live. I have been here for 4 years now and the current staff has been the best in years. David is always in the office during the week to help with any questions or issues one may have. This young man has been a great addition to the property, hopefully he can stay as the manager for even longer! Jonnah has helped recently and has been very insightful. You can tell this staff has great training. The property has been looking its best in years. They have been power washing often to keep the property looking amazing! Maintence Team keep up the hard work! Once again thank you to David and the rest of the Tamarind Team !!!

The office staff has been amazing the past couple of months. David had been making living here a breeze since moving in. The property has been very well maintained! Angel is very communicative with my work orders and is very efficient. This team is doing a lot of things right and makes it so easy to live here!!!

Tamarind Square is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The complex itself is very quiet which is great for working from home. The highway isn't too far away and cannot be heard - very easy to get to surrounding areas!

Tarmarind Square is conveniently located just two minutes from 101 and provides a small community feel in the heart of Silicon Valley. I chose it as a bridge between Palo Alto and San Jose as going too far North or South makes it difficult to visit one or the other.

A nice quiet place that you can relax and feel like home. Nice gardens and good nature around you. Cool layouts of houses with plenty of space.

I moved in less than a month ago. The experience has been great. It is a clean and well-maintained apartment complex. The leasing office staffs are extremely friendly and easy to work with. The service supervisor is very professional and was able to address my reported issues very fast.

This is a very good location. I am currently in temporary housing. I was going to stay in this complex, but the Office Manager has a terrible attitude. Their website was incorrect and she raised her voice at me to tell me I had to pay the difference and they were not going to honor their advertised price. It was only after I complained that she asked the owners to honor their own mistake. In the end, they decided to honor their price, but I refuse to pay money where I am not respected. The office manager is not a friendly or personable person. The office assistant, Caroline, is always professional and courteous.
