The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tamarac Pointe Apartments
Fairly quiet neighborhood, however neighbors need reminders that we can hear through the walls and outside the window. I also wish management would place a limit on how many cars a unit can have or assign parking. I have a neighbor who attempts to save spots for all 6 persons that live in his 2/2 unit. You also have car's that don't move and collect cob webs or taking space.
Everything said about this place in the reviews seem to be true. Having lived in a first floor unit and a townhouse here I agree run for sure if you get a 1st floor unit. The townhouses are the preferred units to live in. The walls are still thin and can still hear when people shower in the townhouse units as well. Everything is old and 80s style. What makes this place great is it is safe, beautiful scenery, and maintenance responds to requests in a reasonable time period. Also, cheaper than most other places and usually they go up in rent not so much compared to other apartments. Everything else around makes it difficult to want to move.
Apartments are horrible! You can hear everything that your upstairs neighbor do. The floors have no noise barriers just plain wood. You hear everything from kids running the apartment will shake, when they drop something it makes a even louder noise and when you complain to the office nothing is done living here is pure HELL would never advise anyone to live here. The apartment's are old and small. Only thing is there is always parking and love the outside but the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do! RUN
Living here was one of the best apartment experiences I've ever had. My townhouse was spacious and it had more than enough closets for storage. I remember the move in process being easy as well. When we moved in, there was a new, and fresh carpet throughout our apt. Maintenance was awesome because, they came no later than a day after my request to fix anything, though none of my requests were anything major. The lawn is kept up well and the community is very clean and safe to walk around, even at night. I used the apartment amenities quite often as well; the steam room, pool, and gym. The staff at the reception desk were always nice and helpful, especially the manager Julie. Honestly, I didn't wan't to move however, I'm taking a job elsewhere. I never write reviews but this place was great. *Oh and I received my full security deposit back!
Very bad and very poor attitude. I had called to find out about 2 apartments that showed to be available on this website. As I did so the woman who answered spoke as if she was annoyed to answer my (question) about the apartments that was available. Horrible service and very bad help tips especially when moving from a different state.
The apartments are nice and its quite and I like the fact that there s lot of parking. But, I found the Office Manager was very disrespectful. I seen another resident come in and she really didn't handle the situation good at all. Her response was terrible.
Relatively quiet neighborhood, apartments aren't huge but space is definitely liveable. You get a feeling of home when you're here, especially with the landscaping and sidewalks all over. Lots of parking spaces so you never have to walk too far to your unit.
The apartment is in a great location. It is relatively close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is pet friendly and has lots of area to walk your dog. The take care of pest control and the gym and pool are nice. It is the most affordable place I could find in the area!
Beautiful and Spacious. Great place for a Family to live.
