Still Happy One Year In
We've lived in the Talon II complex for a little over a year now and have very few complaints. Management has been very accommodating and understanding of our unique needs. For example, my spouse frequently uses a wheelchair due to health challenges - when we asked management about the possibility of getting a disability parking space, they immediately accommodated the request and the sign was up within a few days. That aside, the maintenance workers are always prompt and helpful in our experience, and the actual apartment is comfortable and spacious for our needs. The proximity to UNT campus is also incredible (I'm a student and instructor on campus); I can easily walk there within 10-15 minutes depending on which building I need to get to. All in all, we're really happy with our time here. We'll probably only be in Denton until I graduate, but we really don't feel the need or desire to move anywhere else. The Talon II is perfect for us and what we need right now. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something cozy, well-maintained, and close to UNT!
