We've been here for about a year and a half so far, and it's been excellent. The unit's in great shape and the amenities are awesome. Management is super understanding and communicative, and in the rare instance we need maintenance they're quick to fix whatever we need. When considered in aggregate, rent, utilities, and other bills are extremely competitive compared to the local area. Rent with confidence.

Having lived here for approximately 3 years plus, I've been here long enough to have noticed any glaring issues that a resident might not notice at move-in. The community feels safe. It is quiet. Both office and maintenance staff are responsive to any concerns. The location of the community itself is convenient to I-25 and shopping needs.

Talon Hill is located in north Colorado Springs. It is convenient to Interstate 25 and major streets into the city. Many major facilities are in the area, such as shopping centers, transportation hubs, entertainment of all kinds, the AF Academy, and more. Many hospitals and clinics are also available nearby. Great location!!

Having lived here very happily for ten years, I would gladly recommend Talon Hill to anyone needing an apartment in this area. It is very convenient, quiet, well-kept and reasonable. Primarily suitable for couples or young families, although small older families could be situated well also.

Talon Hill is a beautiful complex. I’ve lived here two separate occasions and both apartments have been above and beyond. The staff is always great, the view is beautiful, the pool is very well taken care of and year round.

Once I had an issue with my unit, the maintenance team was able to provide a temporary during the waiting process once my work order was approved through all parties. They were very transparent about what steps were being taken and that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was prompt not a hassle as other complexes can be. I’m very content with how my order was handled.

Having lived here since 2015, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else! Both Management and Maintenance are consistently helpful and reliable, even though both have been changed over the years I've lived here---for the better!!
