You will not be disappointed. The area, the cleanliness, the girls in the office all wonderful. Only drawbacks are maintenance isn’t in a rush unless you call the office. Greg was the only one that completed maintenance but he moved. Hoping Melisa and Kayla stay, they are a breath of fresh air.

Love the house and neighborhood! It’s so nice to be able to have a big 4 bedroom home to rent while we build our house! I’m really happy with this move!
New Town homes coming into our neighborhood. 12 New homes looking amazing. And access to the lake for fishing. And the neighbors are very nice and friendly.
Very quiet and friendly! The house was clean prior to moving in. Location was easy to find with ample space to for friends to park while moving in items.
We are very excited to be able to call this our home. We look forward to creating memories here in this is beautiful community. The scenery is beautiful. The overall feel of the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
We just moved in and so far the neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the homes are excellent. We had a few (minor) concerns and they were addressed and handled immediately.
We've lived in Tall Grass for a few weeks now and love it! The house is lovely and very spacious. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is QUIET! Maintenance is very quick to respond and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The neighborhood we live is is nice and quiet, neighbors are all friendly .the house is beautiful and has an amazing view of the water from our windows .our only complaint is the lawn service doesn't do that good of a job but that is not the rental companies fault
We have enjoyed our first year here and look forward for the times in the future. The staff and neighborhood is welcoming and pleasant to interact with.
the houses are great and overall quality is fantastic. The staff is very attentive to what's needed and does a good job of handling situations timely. Overall happy with Everything living here.

Over all love our community,great neighbors and peaceful street, staff is very responsive and helpful when we have needed them .the only few complaints I have is the lawn care company does not do a quality job at all , also I have been the only one that cares to maintain the common area by the lake .

House is nice, neighborhood is nice, property management is let say not up to par, I and the other residents of Tallgrass have had to fight tooth and nail to get things done; I've even gone to the level of contacting regional director to get things done. My overall rating is being generous only because of the location and surroundings.
