Building is poorly managed. Roaches, rats, and random homeless people wandering the building. Security concerns are a major issue.

I love this building! Lofts are very spacious. High ceilings and great natural light. Appliances are brand new. Management is very responsive and friendly! The rooftop is a huge plus and has amazing views of downtown. Looking forward to game room opening up on the 6th floor.
Spacious apartment, nice rooftop, okay gym, bad management and no parking there's a "waitlist". You are in the middle of skid row, keep that in mind.
