Our units are newly remodeled and offer brand new quartz counter tops, beautiful faux-wood plank flooring, dual bathroom sinks, spacious counters, all appliances, and large bedrooms with walk-in closets. The Tahitian Apartments offers Wi-Fi for our community rooms and pool area, secure access, security cameras, full time onsite management, after-hours emergency maintenance, bike racks and laundry room inside complex, close to UCSB, bus transportation, and scenic nature preserve!
