I'm loving it here so far! The team is so friendly, and the community is clean and quiet! I love my apartment, I have a HUGE closet! I love that there are private garages and storage space onsite! My favorite part about this location is the lake. All you have to do is cross the street and you're there!

Tacara is a beautiful community. The staff in the office and maintenance does a stellar job! Just not enjoying my apartment right now because of the two issues that I have mentioned. I waited almost 6 months to get in this perfect apartment and disappointed that I do not enjoy it more than I do.

Great and friendly staff. Community is peaceful and neighbors are friendly. Heb is within 5 minutes and the lake is directly across from the apartments. Clean are as well.

I've enjoyed my experience any sort of trouble I've had as any would have been taken care of immediately. Maintenance team has truly impressed me with how efficient work orders are taken care of. Once the complex is fully built out I believe it's going to be one of the best spots to be in the vicinity of Austin.

My experience with Wade and Jared and the Maintenance team at Tacara Weiss Ranch has been absolutely excellent. Their clarity and continual communication before I moved in was excellent. During my move in Wade and Jared checked on me to ensure the apartment was ready to my satisfaction. There were minor items that ended being a warranty call for my fridge but it was fixed within a reasonable timeline and I was informed on the issues. Regarding Maintenance work order they are taken care of immediately and completed with great professionalism. I have a dog that stays in my unit during the day and the staff has been super friendly with my dog and I’ve never experienced any issues. I would recommend this property if you’re looking for a high end apartment with excellent service. Keep in mind the property overall is still under construction so there’s amenities that are not accessible and security is exclusive to the buildings themselves but the vehicle access is not controlled.
