The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Sycamore Village
Pool and spa is supposed to be an amenity but management lets it’s get dirty to the point where no one will swim before cleaning. Currently green in the deep end. They should be cleaning more often. Also spa never seems to work
Flies everywhere, smells like pee and poop. People throw trash everywhere. Management never helps out with the apartments. A young man who wears EarPods manages the office and has the rudest way of talking. I do not recommend.

The cleanliness of the property is a priority to us here at Sycamore Village and we are sorry that your perspective is as such. it is also of most importance to that we provide an appropriate customer service experience and are working daily to improve the overall reputation of our community. Thank you for your feedback. Management
In my search for apartments it started with great email communication prompt responds following up with a call and easy process to set up appointments I am so impressed with the management professional and friendly experience!! starting with talking to Olga on the phone and referring me to meet with the manager Jeana which she is by far the greatest super professional and pleasant person to do business with i am so glad that I chose sycamore village!
I lived here for 14 months. I wouldve stayed if it werent for my new job plus wanting a central ac. Overall, I had a pleasant experience living here. Both managers, Olga and Jeana, are very friendly and get stuff done quickly whenever I put in a work order. Some neighbors can be annoying, but I think that applies to all apartments. Also, kids can be loud at times, but everyone gets quiet before 10pm. I have no complaints whatsoever. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
It’s an o-k place to live in if your starting out — there was a big price increase in 2016 which really sucked as they were fairly priced out. They pay gas, water and trash which is nice. The apartments do need more updating tho- they are pretty Run down from the outside and need a new color added to them. They are constantly cutting off the water for maitence. The inside is also pretty old looking- you can clearly see that it has layers of paint, the insulation is really bad. Bugs and spiders looove to crawl inside my studio apartment which I really hate. I’ve killed hundreds of ugly black and brown spiders as well as pincher bugs all over my carpet. My neighbor smokes inside his home and since the wall heater is attached to the wall my place smells like an old motel room. I have a air purifier 24/7 with some plastic covering the furnace to prevent it from coming in. I can’t wait to move out and get something much nicer, bigger and more spacious for around the same price. Also forgot to mention that they are soo old that the entire roof creaks so loud when the person upstairs is walking in there apartment...another reason why this place just sucks. Keep looking and you will find something better than sycamore village for the price range.
If you are desperate for a place to live or are really hard up on cash this place will be ok. It is nothing great but it is cheap and close to all the freeways. The building is old and there are constantly problems. Management can be difficult to deal with but the rental company itself are pretty good. You get what you pay for.
Affordable but leaves a lot to be desired. There's a bit of a snail and roach problem. Limited parking. Laundry rooms need maintenance. On the plus side, the apartment units are very spacious and the complex is quiet.
