Property Ratings at Sutton Views
I relocated to Sutton Views Apartments in 2024 and was welcomed by Jennifer, the building manager, who exhibited professionalism (promptly returns calls and emails, detailed explanations if needed, clear directives, available, accommodating) courtesy and kindness from our initial meeting. This is my second year on the property and I've had no issues thus far. The well maintained grounds are always clean, floral areas and parking areas are also well maintained. Quiet living space, limited traffic and I do feel safe at all times.
Living in this complex for was the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The management is unresponsive and unprofessional, often ignoring maintenance requests for weeks, if they respond at all. The building itself is poorly maintained, with frequent issues like broken elevators, dirty common areas, and inadequate heating/cooling. Noise is a constant problem, with thin walls that do nothing to block out sound from neighbors. The parking situation is also a nightmare. To top it all off, they’ve been extremely slow in returning my security deposit (2 month). It’s clear that once you sign the lease, they couldn’t care less about your experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress and frustration.
Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment! I love the location in which we’re located and our management office is very hands on! && who wouldn’t love a free gym space and pool area ?! 100 recommend!
I'm loving the amenities here, my apartment is beautiful and well maintained. My neighbors and I look forward to the pool opening in the spring.
Visited many site and found this was the best. Lease was explained an accurate. Apartment was completely ready and we had no following up maintenance issues. Loved the ability to write maintenance requests on line and pay rent that also online. Plan to stay here for awhile and enjoy being taken care of by the staff
I just rented here. Love the space,price and location. The leasing lady was great and my new apt is just what I was looking for. Neighbors are nice and Parking is perfect.
This has been my home for 4 years already. No issues neighbors are nice and my apt is great. Manager / Maintenance are always nice and helpful . I have recommended friends and will continue to do so.
I lived here for ~30 months and stay was good except towards the end when the owner and leasing manager cheated me and deducted significant money. Though I was in constant touch with leasing manager on my move out date, but still these guys showed their bed intentions while keeping the security deposit which was unethical. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody as management holds no value.
