They don’t fix anything .. they have roaches and mice !
Management is horrible, they dont fix anything, trash is everywhere. They claim they about to be under new management but its still terrible! Worst place ever to live at. And the apartment manager HOPE has a bad attitude, rude, and doesnt care about the tenants.
This apartments are completely not ready for move in but they put you in it anyways. My bathrooms and one of my bedrooms didn’t have any doors when I moved in. The light fixtures over the stove, in the bathrooms are broken, the windows doesn’t have locks on them so I can feel breeze coming thru. The front door is very uneven, that’s visible and any living thing can crawl from under it, my front door is also hard to push and pull open because it is so uneven. My closet doors is uneven, won’t close all the way. My AC/Heater unit is not working. I’ve been here three months and I just got a new toilet seat because the one I had when moved in was broken. I just got my bathroom and room doors put in after 3 months of living here. Since I moved in I been requesting that my heat and air be fixed and yet it hasn’t yet!!
