Sutter Lake Apartments

Still waiting on my kitchen counter top and kitchen draw to get fix, I put in a work order a weeks ago. Also within the first two days of me being here I saw two roaches.

Good living conditions no complaints as of now, I enjoy the comfort of quite and good neighbors, I will highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone

Rating a three ONLY because I just moved in but it appears to be a nice community. I am sure it will be a pleasant experience living here. If the community is anything like my leasing experience, it will be great!

Rochelle is the absolute best! She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She allowed me to tour the apartments and met all of must-have needs. The application process was very smooth. I was able to secure the apartment I wanted and will be moving in soon.

Rochelle, consultant was quick, thorough and very professional. The office were kind and friendly. The area is quiet and clean. My neighbors seem to be friendly.

My leasing agent was spectacular, very very helpful helping me rent my unit. Ariana never got tired of answering my calls or answering my questions.

Love my apartment. Maintenance can take a while but I haven’t had any problems. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and well kept. Gate sometimes don’t work but no break ins as far as I know.

Rochelle was very helpful and professional. She explained everything I enquired about. The fact I can go fishing in my area is fascinating. This allows me to relax and enjoy my days off.

I love living in Sutter Lake! It’s a sleepy and close knit community with the best staff and maintenance crew. Great community for the kids too!

I’ve been here since July of 2024 and I enjoy it. My neighbors are nice and there’s little to no noise. The maintenance team is very responsive. Management is always finding ways to engage with the residents. I just wish there were better amenities. I would recommend this property to many people.

It’s been nice. I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part and I haven’t really had any problems. If I do, they are tended to in a timely manner.

Love the apartment complex. Some problems with leaks and my fireplace valve was covered in renovations. Love the staff and maintenance. Can’t help the people keep beating up the gate

As a newly tenant here, it's has been a great joy and pleasure, to meet all the wonderful team members!! With that being said, and given the respectability, regarding my lease consultant, Ms. Ariana, who has been just wonderful, throughout the whole move-in process was on-point!

This is a very Quiet and clean community Staff is very nice and helpful they helped me through the process as I was getting this together and waited on me

Everything has been great thus far, the maintenance personnel Rico had been extra helpful with assisting with minor repairs.

Everything thing has been good so far. My agent has been very nice and helpful. A special Thank you to Rochelle! Repairs needed has also been in a timely fashion. Looking forward to a great year hopefully.

My experience at this complex was terrible the people who cut the grass blow my rug into the walkway, maintenance never fixed my door or window. They do nothing for noise complaints

The apartment was not ready as expected and put my in a position where I had to stay in a hotel. My previous residence (airbnb) someone was moving in the same day I was moving out. The apartment was not in move in condition and lot of work still needed to be done. The staff was courteous but slow on getting done and had to do some repairs myself. (ie: every cabinets was in poor shape, dirty, needed attention) I asked for repairs however the crew that was sent did a horrible job. I had to change the dirty and crusty cabinets hinges and paint all the cabinets. The patio needed a step added and the side yard from the patio is nothing but a muddy mess when it rains. Water puddles in front of my front door. 4/10 will not recommend. Although, new management took prior to me moving in there is a laundry list of things that need to improve

It has been pretty peaceful. I love how the leasing office offer treats the kids after school and select holidays. Only problem I have is dog poop but that's due to pet owners not doing they're part

Nice neighborhood and staff is great. Easy move in process. Maintenance requests can be a headache but other than that we love our new home!

My experience pretty good so far I love the lake it’s very peaceful and quite sometimes forget where my apartment is but it’s ok ?? i wish could have event all Community can meet and greet get know each others in our community can grow together I understand that sometimes people don’t like meet and greet it’s ok just feel like a family and friends in the community

The property is very clean and quite, everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Veronica helped me with the entire processes she is very knowledgeable and patient.

My experience has been phenomenal. I'm highly aware of the state of the property a year ago compared to today. It's has taken a full turn around and I'm happy if the change.

This place is truly unrealistic I can’t believe I actually live here this is more than I could’ve asked for I absolutely love the lake and my baby loves the dog park everyone I met so far is like super friendly and no nosies so far lol

The maintenance staff is amazing! My oven stopped working and Mr. Chavez called to inform me that he was installing a brand new stove! I love my new stove, and I’m a chef so it was definitely needed. Thank you, Chavez!

Sutterlake has been my home for 8 years. I am very satisfied with the latest staff and maintenance team. I feel valued as a part of the community and that truly makes a difference. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. A true gem in Riverdale

So far me personally I haven’t had any serious issues. And when I do I know I won’t have to wait to long for a response. Some of the issues I do have is due to other tenants

This maintenance crew is dynamite. They are tentative, respectful, and definitely know what they’re doing. I am always excited when they come by because they are wonderful to even talk to. It’s like having your own family. Take care of your issues. They are amazing.

Never had any issues at this resident. It’s quiet and peaceful. Friendly neighborhood. Maintenance request are answered in a timely manner. Staff is very helpful

Ms Veronica is amazing! The complex is quiet and clean for the most part. Nothing much do really complain about, maybe just wish the gym had better hours and a playground for the kids.

It’s a great place to live and the grounds outside stay very clean. Maintenance when needed is very good at there job. Office staff are very professional and knowledgeable and care for their residents

Great from what I have experience the office go above and beyond for there residents i love the area and the community it's very quiet noting wrong here i would not move

Pretty average. Noisy neighbors, great maintenance people. Security is a concern, several cars broken into and the gate works as intended maybe half the time.

My stay here so far has been great!the staff is nice and friendly I would definitely recommend anyone here. It’s quite I don’t have any complaints.

I have had a good experience sense i been here, I stay to myself so I have no problems with neighbors. I love the fact they offer flex pay to pay the rent, it was a great add on !.

From my initial visit the staff have been absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The beautiful lake view is what sealed the deal for me. Community have improved a lot. I love how they work to keep it clean daily and keeping us safe by informing residents on what’s happening in the community and taking action

My experience this far has been amazing. Leasing staff are very responsive. Maintenance staff is usually quick as well. Minimum noise and definitely quiet during rest hours.

I love my apartment, it is quiet and cozy and the maintenance crew is wonderful. The application process was easy and quick, which helps as moving is sometimes stressful.

This place isn't that bad and it's very clean and my neighbors are really nice. I can I can see myself renewing my lease here. Soon I'm going to go to the lake and fish.

I always get things resolved when it comes to maintenance which is important. Property management take care of the grounds really well however can use help in the upkeep of the buildings.

Sutter Lakexis the best place to live in this community.The management team as well the leasing team are very professional. Kind and respectful to the residents here. The management team especially Michael i meets residents at their point of need and take care of our needs. I appreciate them very much.Thank you for making this place a little heaven on earth We also want to appreciate our security officer who keeps this place safe.

I enjoyed my tour with Veronica ,she was very nice and explained everything to me and I feel in love with the apartment it was so beautiful and spacious but I'm not going to be able to take the apartment because I realized it was to far from my job, otherwise I wouldn't second guessed it .

The Assistant Properly Manager was very helpful. The Renewal offer was great! I appreciated that she took the time to make sure everything was completed before I left her office. I renewed because of the location and the new management company is a lot more efficient than the previous management companies.
